Went through Rate Genius to refinance my 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 to get a lower interest rate and payment....My loan officer Chris Dayton was so amazing, extremely professional and kept on top of every single detail from day one till the process was done....He explained everything to me and made me feel confident that I was dealing with great people....Rate Genius got me a deal way far better than I was expecting....Thanks again Chris....

The were easy to work with and Got me the answers I was looking for quickly. I Would say it's hard to reach by telephone. However they were very responsive with text and Email option.

I was dealing with one gentleman during the process then randomly a woman started contacting me stating she was going to be helping the man (?) then I didn t hear from her again? It s been over 20 days and my loan still hasn t been paid and transferred over to the new bank. I contacted the male I was working with and he would of never known about the issue unless I contacted him. I know it s a reputable site or else I would have been concerned with all the personal information I provided. Still am waiting for it all to be taken care of.

At first I thought this was a scam but no, they are professionals and pretty efficient and they were able to get me a good refinance deal. I am savimg 180 monthly. This is a big deal for me. 4 stars because loan officer would not answer my calls and had to leave messages not having a response within hrs. Other than that, it was a perfect deal. I hope there are no other surprises along the way. I have not made my first payment yet.

They were able to get my husband's payments and apr down. Their awesome!

Took longer than I expected-was asked for more than was initially requested as far as financial records, but I got a very good interest rate without extending the loan time.

I wasn't sure what RateGenius, Inc was, but glad I contacted them! Not only was I able to refinance my car loan at a lower rate and save over 3,300 over the life of loan, but working with Paola was a great experience.

I would give a five stars if only the 2nd person who was doing the final loan would return emails,calls etc. Kevin Wilson was amazing!!!

Easiest process ever, customer service was friendly and professional. Rates were good, lowered my payment more than I had expected. I recommend Rate Genius to anyone and I personally would use them again.

The worst customer service, ran my credit multiple times, so I took many hits to my credit. Not good when you are trying to build credit. I told the rep Kevin Wilson that his offer would t work for me and he said I ll reach out to another bank, but if you don t hear back from me then.... and that all he said then about a day or two later I get an email that said the were unfortunately not able to fulfill my request, when they had already approved my application. Not sure if I just got someone that didn t want to do his job, but it s very disappointing. I was hopeful because the company has many great reviews, I guess I just got assigned the person that doesn t care for their job or their customers, not a great extension of the company at all.

Great customer service! Rate Genius was able to not only lower my payment but also my APR from 16% to 4% they do everything for you! I truely recommend them to you!

Easy experience. Refinanced two vehicles at the same time. No issues. Took a few days to get it all done. Would highly recommend.

THIS IS THE WORSE COMPANY EVER. They lie about what the offer to you . Then, they do not response, when you call the Company, and finally you are able to talk with the representative, she/he is so unprofessional, discriminate you and treat you like you are requesting free money. They do not honor what they promise.

This is a bait and switch scam. Credit Karma suggested them. I was prequoted a 3 percent interest rate with a 191.00 savings a month. I applied and they came back with almost an 8 percent interest rate and less than a 90.00 savings. In addition, I lose my GAP coverage and pay for six additional months. Also the warranties they they offer appear to be more of a hassle then benefcial (that's at least based off all the reviews I have read). Do the math not much of a savings at all. To make it even worse, they did multiple hard inquiries which casued an instant drop on my credit report. I was not told there would be multiple hard inquires. Those that have had great experiences might not be looking at the big picture. Intially they lure you in with great rates, but once the deal goes down, they switch it up on you, if you do the actual math, you only save a few dollars a month in the long run. Classic Bait and Switch.

I had an awesome experience with rateGenius. I worked with Jason and he was able to help with refinancing my auto loan at a much better rate. I was able to save a lot of money after trying two times unsuccessfully with my prior loan company.

I'm happy I decided to contact RateGenius. The process was straight forward and quick and I'm now saving hundreds monthly on my auto loan.

I wish I could take a star away from them. This company offered be a loan at an low rate in order to consolidate my bills. I found this company on CreditKarma so I "thought" they were legit. Turns out it was false advertising. They had ALL of my information from CreditKarma and they were very specific about what rate they offered me. Then when the time came, none of it was true. I was called by someone who sounded like they were at home, (I heard a baby crying in the back ground). I was offered a loan at twice the rate they previously offered me. This would have increase the principal amount I owed. Putting me in a worse position. However, they would make money on me. Be VERY CARFUL of these people.

Rate Genius lowered my car payment very low. Their customer service is outstanding the process went very smooth and fast. Would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking to refinance your car loan. Very satisfied customer!

Had to give it a full five stars. I got a loan through my military bank at 7.7 percent and they were able to refinance at 2.9. I recommend them to anyone looking to get a better deal.

They saved me a ton of money initially. Then Hartford raised my rates due to "insurance claims in FL" so I'm paying an extra $10.00 from the original quote. :(

I have refinanced twice with RateGenius and both times were a pleasant experience... everything done electronically and only one credit check. I was given several options including autopay to lower my interest rate - the fees were nominal and the customer care is awesome . I would come back again in the future if I need a refinance again .

I had a great experience. I was refinancing my first new vehicle so my dad wouldn't be on the loan. Eddie took good care of me. Everything was very easy and went through without any problems. I would definitely recommend to anyone trying to refinance. I even got a better rate and lower payments.

This experience was so fast and awesome!! I ve been in an upside down loan forever with 21% interest due to having no credit when I first bought my car and I thought I would never get out of it, Tyler was amazing he was funny and overall a great guy to work with! I was paying $397 and I m now paying $270 with 3% interest!!

Very easy to refi your vehicle. They saved me 2 1/2 points off my GM Financial loan. I faxed in my loan info. They emailed me the loan documents. I printed them, signed them, and dropped them off at my local UPS store. A week later, my car was refinanced.

These guys are unbelievable. I cancelled my application within 5 minutes of talking to them. In order to even give me a rate, they first need to run my credit. No bank/lender/credit union does that. Why should i have you guys run my score when i don't even know what rates you offer for 60 months, 65 months etc. Taking my business somewhere else

Bad experience all around. Was told I pre-qualified for an amount that was over $100 less than what I was paying. Filled out the application and it took them days to respond. It was a waste of a hard inquiry. They offered me an interest rate HIGHER than my current rate with a payment $40 higher than I currently have. My "loan officer" Jose Segovia could never be reached, it took me days to finally contact him via email after leaving multiple voicemails and even calling the plain Customer Service line. Very poor service and sub-par offers.

(Just wasted my time. I was waiting almost 2 month for refinancing. Though they said I was approved from beginning.
Don`t gives the hope people if you so suck.)
UPDATE
I have trued one more time after 6 months and won (the problem was - I have not had a credit history).
I was approved very fast, got very nice % and already my new lender paid full my loan.

Do not use this service.They make you jump through hoops and promise things that do not happen.Then they don't answer calls or emails.Had me send title to my car almost a month ago and no response!

They falsely claimed to to have an approved refince loan for me and after a month giving me the run around they then told me they didnt have it. How are you unable to secure a loan for someone with a 740 credit score??? Then without my authorization they started pulling hard inquiries on my credit. These people are ridiculously inept!!

I decided it was a good idea to refinance my car since I could save $20 a month. I filled out the application and got approved, but the process after that felt very disorganized. I am a very type A personality and I like to get everything done at once if possible but the process seemed to drag, i had to upload different items a few times, get things notarized and etc. if I had a straight forward list with everything that was needed I would have felt better about switching. I was getting so frustrated at one point I even said to scrap the whole thing because I just didn t want to spend anymore time on it. It wasn t the worst experience but it could have been a little smoother.

Very nice and patient with explaining everything, very easy process just made my life a while lot easier love that their very easy to get ahold of to answer any questions I will Definetly be letting my friends know

I was a bit skeptical about doing business with them at first but the overall experience was good and fast. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to lower their interest rates on a car loan.

Aside from having to have a notary sign my documents a second time (which irked me because what if I didn't have the money), I really appreciated the speedy process and constant contact they provided. Matthew Searcy was awesome and explained anything I didn't understand in detail. I would highly recommend them.

Thank you for giving an opportunity to refinance my vehicle. I'm saving money every month with new lender and I even added a life insurance in case something happened my car will be paid off. It was very easy only a few weeks for processing. My broker was in another state, Texas and I'm in CA but he was GREAT! Michael was very efficient, professional, and very knowledgeable. I have to admit that at the beginning I was skeptical. Other banks had turned me down.
BTW, I'm not getting paid for this review. Reading the negative ones, I thought perhaps it would help them get in touch with Michael to get the right help. I wish I could post his information. If its legal to do...
My previous lender was a rip off. Never again with lentegrity.

This has been a stressful experience to say the least. I started this process on or around 2/14 , I provided EVERYTHING they asked for but it never seems to be enough, it seems like as soon as I follow up to make sure they have everything they need, they'll tell me yes, that my account is being processed and then two-three hours later I get an email through their portal stating that they need yet another piece of information. UGH at this point they have asked me for everything except my kids information. I'M SO CLOSE TO JUST CALLING IT QUITS and just ride out the rest of my current term.

They helped me refinance my car and did an amazing job. My interest rate was sky high and the dropped it from 21% to 12%. They took care of the headache. No upfront cost. I do highly recommend giving them a call.

Taylor was great - very informative and told me all the information and more than what I was looking for. He even told me how to get my GAP insurance check refund from my previous dealership - trust me, they did not want to give that up.

Dont trust this people when you sign up, they will tell you its going to be a soft credit pull but, it was a lie they do a hard credit pull, which it will affect your credit score 100% dont do business with this kind of third party unknown companies. It's better to apply directly to the big lenders!!! BAD BUSINESS!!!!

At first great, but since they hooked me up with flagship finance company I have been having problems getting my contract from flagship, texted and called the representative that helped me get may car financed through flagship, Angel Camacho didn't return my calls or texts when I contacted him to find out what is the hold up on my contract, been waiting since January 2018, been getting my monthly loan payment Statement but not my contact.
Go figure.

My application process only took a week from start to finish. It was very simple and easy and they were able to find a bank that saved me 7% on my current rate.

They ran a bunch of Hard Inquiries on my credit and never got a call back. Didn't realize til I seen a e-mail of my score going down and I checked up on it. 3 hard inquiries in < 5 days... My credit account has only had 3 hard inquiries in 3 years and they did another 3 in < 5 days... I was never told they'll be bouncing my details from credit unions. Worst of all I never got a call back.

If you guys are stuck with a high APR best thing I can recommend is to pay your statement 29 days before it's due. Ex. your billing statement starts from 3/8/2018 - 4/8/2018 (due date) pay it on 3/9/2018. You'll be charge with <0.X% interest as they have nothing to charge to.
I pay $908 a month with 8.19% being $355mo interest and doing this I only pay $22 for interest.

- In reply to the Owner response. My credit report shows 4 hard inquiries now. It's ironic how after this review I get an e-mail saying I wasn't approved with a credit score of 694 and income of $190k+
So far that Myth has been working for me, I'm not sure if it's due to the way my contract is set up but now I'm only getting interest charged to me a month. First 2 payments I paid over $680 in interest paying them 2 days before the due date. Next 2 payments I've paid <$50 in interest. The table shows how much went in for interest and principal.

RateGenius, was very good to work with. They found me a much better rate than I got from the dealership. I was very happy.

They were great! No hassles at all and they found me a much better loan for my car. They were on top of everything. From Carol to Tre everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. They answered all my emails, calls, and texts in a timely manner. Everything went very, very smoothly.

Rate genius doesn t know what there doing, set me up with Seattle credit said I was approved thru email, set up a drag and drop file system and then said it was all on docu sign no docu sign the contract came ups, the next day filled it all out then sent it back, they needed more documents and then called and said the loan was denied. A waste a four days of gathering documents. There loan officer Meredith is totally lost she had to get a manager on the phone twice.
