We had purchase a set and paid 3500$ thinking this will be very good quality. Now after only 3 months the fabric start to discolor because of the sun. The fabric had stick on the inner cushion make it very difficult to remove the fabric. When you touch inside the fabric everything fall apart just like sand. Now we are in a process to get reimburse or replacement because the set is confortable but the feed back we heard so far from the company is they never seen that before and they think we had done something with the fabric to have the colour to change; Is it our fault if the product degraded after couple of month? we use it on a deck with sun exposure in Prince George BC (average summer temp is around 23c up there, ) Hopefully this will get resolve positively; its been over a month of waiting now. Now we paid a high price and we dont know what will be the outcome; as a customer its good to paid for a high quality product and have peace of mind, unfortunatly this is not the case now.
