Didn't have what o was looking for but I could easily bought something else. Awesome helpful staff.

Good place to find movies from different eras, action, drama etc.

My go to for my music needs. I come down from Chico, weekly, looks like the staff might start seeing a lot more!

I wish they had more fat guy clothes. That said, all Rasputins are great!

The people there are incredible. Very helpful, polite and knowledgable. The selection in Rap/Hip Hop could be better, been falling for a few years now choice wise.

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE or any other Rasputin. They have a NO REFUND policy under any circumstances. I bought a brand new, shrink wrapped CD, immediately tried it in my car and it wouldn't play. The disc was ruined. I walked back inside and showed them the brand new, damaged CD which I had bought less than 5 minutes prior and they would NOT return my money. They have a NO REFUND policy under any circumstances. Rasputin will sell you all the defective items they want to and will NEVER refund your money. They will ONLY give you store credit and in order to receive store credit, you must give them your address, phone number and driver's license number. You could buy yourself a brand new turntable at this store, get home and find it's broken and you wouldn't be able to get your money back. They would only give you store credit. This company is making money from selling defective items because they NEVER give refunds for any of the defective items they sell you. Store credit only. Store credit for you to buy more defective items.

Best place to catch your vinyl CDs and everything else that you need I cannot stop coming here and I will never stop coming here I don't really care if everybody else that have Pandora or app thing I prefer the old school record stores

Prices where great I didnt like that they followed me around and keep bringing workers where I was I bought 6 cds I almost didnt buy em because I felt it was a little disrespectful but I want music stores to stay open I love cds . If your gonna follow someone do it more discreet

Been shopping here for years. Always has great employees that are fun to be around and lots of music and movies.

100 movies for $20.00. Excellent since I do not watch TV any more, been 6 months and never even think about that bad constant super over priced, only commercials, programing.

I remember, way back in the old days (1991), when you would go to a record store to check out covers and rock band tees. Rasputin, located in the unlikely place of Pleasant Hill, reminds me of the old Tower Records. This place has just about everything. I was surprised to find VHS and DVD television archives.

This store has a wide variety of CDs, movies, shows and games. They have a somewhat small but still satisfactory display of LPs and have a small variety of turntables and record players. Surprisingly there's some laserdiscs at very low prices.

They have a very large assortment of music and movies to choose from at a very reasonable price. I have been going for 40+ years never dissapointed.

Super deals on used and new dvds CDs records amongst many other things.this place even has a free pile out front to go through..rasputin is one of the last spots that you can still dig through the crates and buy sound(music) from.

Cant find a better place to buy music. Huge selection. Movies as well. And they buy all your old cd's, tapes and albums

They told me to "Go away." I've shopped here my whole life. Happy they where open through Covid. On Record Store day I decide to get some records and support. One of the albums (brand new) I bought was defective and skipped on 4 tracks. I lagged on getting back to exchange (tried twice and they where closed. I should have checked their hours). When I tried to exchange the guy looked over the record. He said he saw a divot but did not have a record player to test. He said he would have to take my word, but then said I was way past the 8 day return policy. I understand I was way past the return policy date, but tried to reason with them letting them know the record was defective and I wanted an exchange for the same album. He didn't budge so I politely asked if there was maybe a manager or someone else I could talk to. His response was "They are just going to tell you to go away."

... I will go away. Forever. I will no longer shop here. This guy really needs to find another gig if he talks to folks like that.

Found allot or movies I was looking for on blueray all for 3.95. They also had that if you sign up with them using a number and email you got 5 dollars off 5 blueray purchases. I'll be coming back for my hard to find movie needs for sure.

Always a great afternoon looking for hidden gems at Rasputin. I moved to the north bay area and stopped in for a quick vist. Awesome as always.

Lots of different varieties of stuff here.Overall good place for some good deals on music,movies,entertainment stuff.

It's the only music store around. They buy and sell used CD's. You can buy a used cd for as little as a $1.95.

My favorite music store. You have great chance of finding old cds/DVDs that have been out dated very long. They sell band tees, CD, movies, shows, little trinkets. Check them out if you get the chance

This definitely my go to place for CDs and DVDs. Selection and prices are tough to find anything better. I just converted to Blu Ray and all of my search and cost worries aren't an issue here. Getting my fav Blu rays at $3-9 and CDs at $2-6 are common here. For those with growing wish lists, I highly recommend this store in Pleasant Hill.
