Worst place ever. Got here at 11am, TQL jacked up delivery time. Got on dock at 5:45 its 7:45 and still not done. I've seen slow moving and rude recievers, but damn these people are ridiculous.

I had a 9am appointment. Was finally given a dock door at 12:15. They took one pallet off but then it was another hour before unloading started again. "At the rate of 1 pallet every 20minutes.". Must have been a change in personnel or procedures since any of the positive reviews. I won't deliver freight here again

Honestly no place is perfect the only reason I would give three stars is because the people I came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. This place is really tight and if you aren't good at backing it will give you a run for your money. Thanks to the guy that helped me get in my door I have been driving over a year and I was struggling. I appreciate people like you helps to get pointers from guys that have been doing this for years.

The worse place to unload, 8 hours and still waiting, avoid this place

First, and foremost, this place is need redesign. Check in and out on a narrow road not much room for manoeuvring. Security makes you fill out all the paperwork, why they even there? Really a stinkhole

2 stars is the good for loading out. It is ok.
Unloading on the other hand is a different story. 2 docks. Told to grab one soon as possible when other trucks in line. No public restroom but expected to wait for hours. That is BS

Terrible place. Deliveries have only 2 docks. They don't give a damn about appointment. Waited in line from 8PM to almost 2AM. Keep off this place if you can!!!

Coke Life is missing on all of the store shelves. I love this drink with stevia and pure cane sugar, especially since Aspartame affects my breathing due to an apparent allergy.

The driver check in is located on 3rd St., follow Quapah Ave north and turn left on 3rd. You will see guard shack on left. Park on street and walk up.

I unloaded here no issues at all quick and easy unloading yeah they have only two docks for receiving but they are quick

Very tight spot for 53f tralier ! god bless one of Coca Cola worker who helped me backed in to the dock number 3 date 11-11-20 give this honest guy a higher position and raise !!!

Terrible set up. Security guards on weekends are rude and because they are temporary they can t help you with anything and are extremely unprofessional. The delivery dock people were very pleasant and got to work and were professional. Don t deliver here if you can keep from it too much of a hassle to find out anything.

Here for 3+ hours getting unloaded burning up the clock. Would not recommend delivering here.

245 am when I made it to the recieving side.The guy who took my papers went home..literally clocked out...745am.just got paper work. It's like the shipping side is great. But the recieving side is slow and lazy.
