They told me to "Go away." I've shopped here my whole life. Happy they where open through Covid. On Record Store day I decide to get some records and support. One of the albums (brand new) I bought was defective and skipped on 4 tracks. I lagged on getting back to exchange (tried twice and they where closed. I should have checked their hours). When I tried to exchange the guy looked over the record. He said he saw a divot but did not have a record player to test. He said he would have to take my word, but then said I was way past the 8 day return policy. I understand I was way past the return policy date, but tried to reason with them letting them know the record was defective and I wanted an exchange for the same album. He didn't budge so I politely asked if there was maybe a manager or someone else I could talk to. His response was "They are just going to tell you to go away."

... I will go away. Forever. I will no longer shop here. This guy really needs to find another gig if he talks to folks like that.
