I love there food and the service...i havent had anyone there with poor service before nor do i think that will ever be the case!! The buffet is open just a lil different setup. The size of the portions are incredible especially for the prices they have!

Creamy with just the right amount of spice and FULL of delicious, perfectly cooked Mud Bugs! We will most definitely save this spot to favorites and stop again!

Oh yeah!! You have to try the Vanilla Cheesecake! This is the real deal! Just the right amount of sweetness, smooth,creamy and the perfect Ghrahm Cracker Crust!

As you walk in to the mildly lighted restaurant you are greeted by a very nice and smiling hostess who will seat you and get your drink order, very soon the waitress comes with your drinks even with a full place. We had the buffet fried chicken, rice dressing, mashed potatoes, and Mac and cheese with a dessert of bread pudding. The food was great chicken was cooked just right not dry and was seasoned perfectly. The rice was good no over cooked rice the meat was well seasoned with lots of flavor. The service was great we were not forgotten about or bothered at all each time she came it was with a smile and thank you.

Had the seafood gumbo with sausage. Large bowl is the way to go. Enjoyed the taste but the price could be cheaper. $17.00 without a drink. Great waitress and helpful.

Overstuffed shrimp Po boy is not overpriced. And they mean it when they say overstuffed. They also have some of the best homemade chicken salad on their salad bar

Get a loaded plate for a great price. I had the chicken fettuccine and it took up the whole plate. Tasted amazing and had to take leftovers home.

I ordered a ham and onion omelet. Very little ham, lots of grilled onions (too many) it was hot.
Coffee was great, even got a free big cup to go..

Great food priced reasonably, friendly people with that great Cajun charm.

I got the half and half dinner plate grilled with vegetables and it was wonderful. The seasoning wasn t too salty and it was full of flavor. I was expecting the shrimp and the catfish strips to be a little bigger but the plate did fill me up so I was ok.

Cashier couldn't understand how she was overcharging me. Price displayed was not being honored. Another associate did correct our bill.

Excellent local flare packaged in a homey and well-lit, high ceiling diner for lovers of catfish, gumbo, and Cajun country cookin'. And yes, fried chicken buffet. The dinner plates are oversized and the prices are from the 1990s. A true delight for travellers along I-10 - with a casino next door.

This place has all the best food with the friendlest people. . But my best choice is the over stuffed shrimp poboy. Cant beat the price ANYWERE. And i have to mention the fried chicken. Its so good theres a thursday dedicated to it. Oh and the seafood bar on friday is get there early good. So join the ones that know and go.

The woman who is behind this delicious food has a true talent! This is some of the best authentic Cajun food I ve ever had. The restaurant itself is very clean and the service is great.

Nice clean family oriented restraunt. Gumbo is great and also their pork chop dinner. The portions are huge. In all place is awesome!
