Overstuffed shrimp po boy is a splitter. No way anybody could eat all of that!!

I like to go eat at Rascals because they have a buffet and you can win things like free crawfish and things. It is not that crowded over there. And it is a little on expensive side.

This place is so great, I love their food! I had the over stuffed shrimp po boy w/ sweet potatoes fries and my husband had the gumbo with everything and mixed veggies. EVERYTHING was great!

I admire this venue a lot. there is a very nice mood. The kitcen is splendid. the service is dynamic and the team is very professional. The price is satisfactory. truly recommend.

Went there for the first time, I drive bye everyday and decided to finally give them a try. The buffet was reasonably priced, and the was amazing tasted like a home cooked meal and was seasoned really well, 10/10 will go again

Honestly threw me off being by a gas station and attached to a casino but looking past that, the place was nice. loved the theme and decor. You get a lot of food for a very decent price. The food was good although I did have to season my fries. I'll definitely be back.

Fantastic overstuffed shrimp poboy and the bast home made onion rings around! Delicious and beautiful. Friendly environment and quick service. Highly recommended.

The food was even better this visit. And that spicey Louisiana fried chicken was on point. Everything was delicious. Lacey was the best, my cup never went empty. She really took care of me.

I'm thinking of starting a new religion in which it is a sin to pass this place and not stop and eat. Consequence for this? Missing out! I've eaten the buffet and ordered from the menu, I've yet to be let down in any way. This is certainly a hidden gem.

The quality of the food is excellent! We really enjoyed our time for a birthday party at the restaurant. In fact I went back the next day to have lunch with a friend.

The Gumbo flavor was awsome. However, I ordered extra meat and either they forgot to add my meat or it was not worth $27.00 for two large Gumbo's. Litterally, their was less than 1/8 cup of pulply food and the other 3 cups was like soup. I was very disapointed after waiting 9 months from my last visit.

Food could have been better, actually did not taste like the gumbo I am used to. Young pretty friendly female staff. Place is clean .right across from a truck stop.

Couldn t decided between the gumbo or po boy so I got both. Po Boy filled me up and took the gumbo to-go great place nice waitress and hearty Ford for reasonable price. I ll definitely be back

Always good food. Usually get the buffet (great food too) but got the Shrimp and Catfish. Well portioned at a good price.

Historic eatery with casino, offering a full menu plus a mean Cajun buffet replete with all the favorites. . Banana pudding. Fried pork chops, sweet potatoes, fried cabbage, corn, greens, dirty , BBQ, and much more. Southern style service with a smile.

Highly recommend. Food is great wait wasn't too long for a slow late Saturday afternoon lunch. Seafood gumbo that came with my meal was very good. My husband had the roast beef poboy with pepper jack cheese he loved it! Half and half meal was on point. Onion rings are awesome!

You can beat the prices for the quality of food you get. The service I recieved was impeccable. Seafood platter, winner, fried chicken, winner, overstuffed shrimp poorboy,winner. You will not be disappointed. If you are, get over it and enjoy the food.

This place is worth a visit. They have large portions for convenient rates. Consistently clean and with excellent mood. Will visit here again.

I can't say enough about the friendly staff....food is always right. Price too! Truckers fall out and relax!

The meatball stew was all right. I'm always disappointed when people add anything other than butter and/or salt to corn, so when green peppers ate added, it overwhelms the taste of the corn. I was glad they had chocolate syrup to put on the ice cream.

Trash! if you think this is Grade A cajun food you must not be from the South.The catfish is NOT catfish it is swai fish (cheap) and the shrimp/crab are processed. Probably the reason they no longer serve oysters cost too much. The servers are nice is the only thing that makes this place decent. I've had better cajun food in Texas that's sad. So tired of these restaurants being cheap and unauthentic but maintaining a high price menu

It was ok, not quite up to our expectations, probably because it was so built up to us, a little over rated, but the food was good and plenty of it as it is a buffet , never leave hungry .

Had to wait for the table, about 20 minutes. Food was fresh and hot. Gumbo decent. Service was so so.

Great food, truck parking and just a short walk from Loves across the street. ONLY DRAW BACK IS THE SAFETY OF CROSSING THE STREET WITH NO CROSSWALK OR STREET LIGHT... TOWN NEEDS TO PUT IN SIDEWALK AND PEDESTRIAN CROSSING!!!

Food is good, gumbo is excellent, but this is no truck stop restaurant. If you are an over the road driver looking for breakfast, get in there early. Their menu is limited and the service suffers from apathy, much like other service industries in this country. There are better options in the area, if you care about how and where you spend your money.

This place has some pretty good food. Great service. Nice dinning area. Foods not too expensive and you get a decent amount of food.

This place has the best fried chicken I have ever eaten. That is just the beginning.....green beans, mac and cheese, a full buffet, and that is just on one day of the week as it is fried chicken Thursdays. Dont second guess this restaurant....give it a try for some real cajun spiced food.

Food was really good had to get it to good because They want serving out under the patio during the pandemic because they didn't have enough waitresses inside was too crowded with people and mask Not proper ventilated The cashier were extremely nice And like I said the Food was excellent just wish they would have served on the patio as well

Ordered the half/half grilled. It was delicious, shrimp and catfish. Had a salad and a cup of gumbo. The gumbo was fantastic. Next time I will ask for a BIG BOWL of gumbo. I highly recommend this establishment.

In told that the fried chicken is to die for but I went on the wrong day.

I just love their Friday Seafood Buffet. I took my husband there for a early father's day meal, he loved it also.

There on Feb 19th for dinner! Just 2 in our party. We were seated right away, but soon was told our waitress had three very large tables to wait on. The Hostess took our drink order which was 2 yuengline beers which she came back to tell us they were out of. So we ordered different brand beers! Hostess came back to take our order. When our food was delivered it was dumped on the table and the server never asked if we needed or wanted anything. Plus never came back to the table. Meanwhile our person who was to wait on us was still taking orders. Our food was overly fried! All in all a very unhappy dining experience! I guess the locals are use to this service, etc.., because place was packed. Not sure if it is the Casino or the only game in town!
