Rarejob, Inc. s management is not very considerate of tutors. They impose penalties more than they motivate or reward their tutors. They do not even provide proper training for tutors to be well-prepared for class.

It is stated in their SOP that tutors should provide proof like screenshots so they could also explain their side when a Trouble Report is submitted. However, they actually do not consider this and will just impose penalty on the tutor.

And to think, they pay their tutors very cheaply. So disappointing.
