Rip off company. Alarm system doesn t work and they won t let you out of contract from first day. Old tech, not very app friendly!!! Hugh mistake on my part and I m stuck for 3 years!!!!

I had the opportunity to utilize Ranger Technology Solutions for my Home Security needs as well as AV install. They pre-wired my home and completed a full AV install from speaker installation, networking,TV mounting, Sonos set up and configuring several receivers in multiple rooms. Their Technicians from the pre-wire phase to the install phase were very professional and extremely knowledgeable! I highly recommend their services! They have been in the industry for a very long time and it definitely shows in their work and in their customer service!

Don't waist your time. They are very unprofessional. Huge attitude over the phone, little explanation...

The pricing of equipment (cameras) is exorbitant compared to the quality of the picture and reliability. A camera that is worth $69 is priced at $349. Installation was a real nightmare, it took 2 visits and our equipment still doesn't work. So dissatisfied with the process front beginning to end, once issues arose our rep was no where to be found. It felt like a big bait and switch game. Save yourself the time and money and skip calling Ranger for home security.

If a company makes a mistake that costs a customer money they should always make it right. Locking someone into a 3yr contract without their knowledge is always WRONG! Don't promise 3 days to cancel without penalty and then negate that stating policy! Condoning salesmen and techs marking up paperwork withadditional items after the customer signs is deceitful and illegal.

This company was great. The field tech showed up on time, was very knowledgeable about all of the components ordered, the installation of all equipment went smooth, and he cleaned up all the messes he made 100%.

This company is very professional. Mary always came out as promised. She was very professional and not pushy of the services. She thoroughly explained everything according to how the packages were set up and gave me space and time to peruse the information. The technician came out and he was early. He called ahead and let me know he was on the way. I really appreciate him being very timely, very respectful, and most importantly he was clean he smelled fresh. It wasn t like he just jumped up out of bed and came to work sloppy. His clothing was clean and neat, and I really appreciate that he walked me through everything step-by-step. I felt very safe having him in my home and would definitely recommend this company to friends.

I purchased a security system and surround sound system from Ranger Technologies. The installer spent several hours installing the system and teaching me how to use my mobile phone to arm and disarm the security system, unlock and relish the front door lock, and use the Ring doorbell camera, etc. he was very professional and removed all boxing material, etc. before leaving.

Zach with the beard was very professional and extremely knowledgeable when installed our wifi booster. His attention to detail and willing to help in every way made this such a great experience. Worst service and monitoring.....we bought a house with this system already in it and it is 10 years old...the fire alarm started to go off, we had no fire so we called the service and told them to turn off the faulty system, they said we have to wait until Monday for the service ....meanwhile the system kept blaring.....nope not acceptable

This company is Terrible Thieves!!! We moved and went through transfer of person to person to person to cancel our service and they are still billing me! I have called them 5 times on this matter and continue to get the run around! This is even after our contract was up. They told us they automatically renewed us even though we called a month in advance to let them know we were moving and did not wish to continue service. Then they told us the new home owner needed to use them. WTH. Brain dead theives!!!! Whatever you do, do not do business with these guys, you will deeply regret it!

I dealt with Ronnie twice after the purchase of my new home. Their equipment came preinstalled. He was a really nice guy! The sales agent that followed was really pushy and even angry when I didn't get monitored security. The doorbell camera is a piece of garbage. We ended up removing the security system. Ronnie came out to remove all of it; again very friendly answered all my questions! The only reason I'm not giving them a 1 is him.

We were extremely pleased with the installation of our security system by Zach Thompson and the way he guided us through the process of how the system works. He was professional, knowledgeable and made it easy to ask him questions if we didn't understand something. He represents Ranger Security in a fine way.

If you have 3 year contract with this company and for any reason within 3 year of contract if you sell the property and move you will have to pay for the remaining months, or you request the new owner to have their service, smart way to steal your money. Don t even deserve one star.
