If a company makes a mistake that costs a customer money they should always make it right. Locking someone into a 3yr contract without their knowledge is always WRONG! Don't promise 3 days to cancel without penalty and then negate that stating policy! Condoning salesmen and techs marking up paperwork withadditional items after the customer signs is deceitful and illegal.
