Worst service and monitoring.....we bought a house...

Worst service and monitoring.....we bought a house with this system already in it and it is 10 years old...the fire alarm started to go off, we had no fire so we called the service and told them to turn off the faulty system, they said we have to wait until Monday for the service ....meanwhile the system kept blaring.....nope not acceptable
