One of the worst experiences was to work in the ranger first because of the arrogance of their bosses, the so-called butlers followed by them the supervisors which many of them do not have papers and carry a hatred with those who are legal as if we were responsible If they do not have papers to work in this country, the contractor should feel thankful for having a job and they are the ones who prefer This company because they accept the salaries they give as well as the mistreatment of the butler. of these because it doesn't interest me. They put me on hold with many more since October 2015 until today they have not called to give us an explanation. Everything suggests that the bonds were coming and preferred to introduce new people to avoid sharing them with us. Isn't this company's lack of seriousness?

A Ranger back hoe operator stepped off his machine and was almost hit while working in the middle of the road with no hard hat and NO safety vest.

This company has been burning 200 acres behind my house clearing land for 7 weeks now causing over a dozen people in my neighborhood respiratory issues. I was told by Meritage builder site manager and Dripping Springs code enforcement officer they have agreed to stop burning and start mulching and chipping brush. This is a lie! It s been continuing to burn for 3 weeks after they said they would stop. Typical developers just care about timeline and money.

Bad place to work, they dont respect you as an employer

these people just think they can just run over you on I 130 do you people think you own the road you don,t need employees like that total dis regard for other drivers please do something before she hurts someone . i will turn video in to police next time .

On 8/5/2017 @ around 9am in Bell Blvd., this driver had a full load of dirt/rock, a big size if dirt flew out and he under our car luckily it was dirt but if that would have been harder or a rock it would have done some damage to our car, sadly the truck had a cover for this not to happen but this truck driver did not use it exposing it to all drivers, very careless, have also emailed the company.

Ranger excavating is one of the premier excavating company's in Texas.I have been with them for almost 3 yrs now and absolutely love it.Not only do they have top notch equipment they have top notch Superintendents and staff willing to help you when you need it.So if you want to work with a good company give Orlando a call he's one of the best HR guys you can ask for.

Someone needs to hold this company liable for trashing Kelly Lane. Their trucks or their contractors trucks keep driving down the road COMPLETELY covered in mud. They spread huge amounts of mud all down the road and they don't wash it off. Then homeowners have to drive their vehicles through it. They should be washing the mud off BEFORE entering the roadway, like normal companies. The BBB will hear about this and so will the City Inspector.
Terrible management and oversight....

Did not receive enough hours to live off,was a problem to take off for doctor's appointment while pregnant.I was treated different because of the color of my skin.Had to pay out-of-pocket for parking downtown at a work site sometimes 11 1/2 hours. Hactor is not a good supervisor his way or no way. My insurance was canceled out because HR did not respond in timely manner.

This place is not the best place to work for or to hire them. They only like to burn bridges with people they hire or jobs they get. Poor management and at times can be racist. Don t work or hire them. Worst place I ever worked for.

Bad place to work for...iv I' worked for Ranger as a heavy equipment operator...and had a bad experience...if you are an American citizen and speak both English and Spanish fluently... the politics from the undocumented immigrants that Ranger hires will either have you fired or make you quit...witch i did (quit)! This company prefer undocumented immigrants because they don't have to worry about company raises and bonus! Rangers formans are giving the company a bad employment turnaround...that is why they always have advertisement for equipment operator position... this company (Ranger) should be fined by our US government for hiring undocumented immigrants. Bad place to work!

Called about a job opening was told multiple times I would hear back from hiring manager never got a response

Real Great place to work. All the hrs. I need and then some. Also the pay is awsome and evryone I have met there loves what they do.

You cut me off in traffic and almost caused an accident from your aggressive driving. If you work the same way you drive, your work is probably shoddy and quickly done, and unsafe to boot.

Ranger Exacavating is a great company to work for.. I ran the 815 for Roger for awhile and I never had any issues because I always showed up on time and did what I was supposed to do
