Randy's owns Icon Shocks. We purchased Icon Stage 4 under the advertising that they can be rebuilt. We own a successful Hunting Outfit in AZ and run a fleet of off roads 4x4's and run Bilstein & Kings Shocks. We ran one season on Icons and the Upper COntrol Arm Ball Joints (delta Ball Joint) failed and 3 of the shocks were leaking before season end. We could not find a single shop willing as most were no longer building them and Icon themselves gave us an 8-12 week wait time. Josh (Vice President of Supply Chain at RANDYS Worldwide) pushed us along to the leadership Team of Icon who failed in following up when they said they would and in the end gave absolutely no solutions.

We are putting Bilstein Shocks back on this guiding rig and will never run nor give a good review about Icon Shocks and Randys Worldwide who owns them.

Awesome shop.

This place put 3 large scratches in my 100,000 dollar F-150 Shelby Tuscany and when confronted about issue they completely denied it.Make sure you go over your vehicle at drop off and pick-up because in my opinion they are liers.

It is unfortunate that a business can not cater to their patrons. We purchased $700 worth of product from Randy's. Yes, we did purchase it 6 months ago, but the product has sat in a box, unopened the entire time. It would be able to be placed immediately back into inventory looking like it never left the facility. BUT Randy's has a "strict" policy to not return after 120 days. So unfortunately I got a "strict" NO! I would even pay for the shipping back to their warehouse and wait for my return money until the product was inspected for damage. But unfortunately THIS company can not, will not, and does not care about individual customers with individual scenarios and WILL NOT EVEN REMOTELY CONSIDER SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES, SO SO VERY SAD!!

I give Randy's 2 stars. For Russ helping me get a refund. the lack of spine to make things right with a customer and workmanship gets a zero. I finished restoring a custom 1965 MGB in May 2017. I had a father / son trip from Snohomish to San Diego scheduled in June. I decided to take my functional 3rd member from my 8" ford rear end to get taller freeway gears for fuel mileage installed by Randy's. Did the break in procedures as described and only made it to Eureka California before the rear differential seized up. $800 tow bill, $1,200 rebuild in San Diego, ruined experience with my teenage son.
Here is what I asked for. A refund for the work that was done ($526.36), then a credit to get more work done up to the $1,200.00. I told them it wasn't their fault I took the car on a road trip, so I would eat the tow bill.
FOUR months later I get a check for $526.36 and I am kindly told by Russ that some people took some heat for even approving that refund, so it's a done deal.
I'm a business owner with a fleet of 23 vehicles. I'm a member of multiple car groups, constantly working on cars and trucks and now will not only withhold my money from Randy's... I will make it a point to let everybody I possibly can know what kind of head-screwed on backwards place that is. Imagine how special and rare a road trip is with a teenage son or daughter. Apparently Randy's cannot.

Bought a ring and pinion from these clowns forever ago. Made the mistake of giving them my email address. We are talking on the order of 3 plus emails a day. They are the bulk of my spam folder. When the first spam email came through tried to unsubscribe, no luck. Tried other times, no luck. Never bought another thing from them. Have done plenty of business with their competitors.

Russ the manager and Tech Service people are so knowledgeable, They listen to what is your need and give the tech info so you can understand and chose and I have got all the info that I needed and I have done a lot of resources and researching and I will get my work done with them as to converting my GMC Safari van to a Posi Trac unit for the best traction for my van. It is a 2000 GMC Safari with only 80K on it and a really nice vehicle. I need the best traction that I can get. They know their craft and The work can be done in one day. YES! Cost is very fair and I have looked into this.

Tried to call multiple times, finally got a guy named jim, asked if could hold on for a moment so i could get a part number i wrote down prior to calling. He instantly put me on hold, after about 20 mins i gave up and went to some other company. The automated phone service will put you through a loop... 4 and 6. Screw this pos company. They're terrible and i hope they go under.

I had Randy s Ring and Pinion install a set of Yukon gears in my Jeep JK. They were pretty quick at the install doing it in a day. But a year or so later when I had another shop swap my front gears and locker into a ProRock 44 housing they discovered that Randy s had not set up the gears properly and I ended up having to buy a new set of gears. Very disappointing given what I spent on having them installed and could have been very bad if they had failed on the trail. I took my Jeep to Randy s thinking it was a reputable company, they often charge more than other shops which I had assumed you got what you paid for but in this case not true. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

This place is not worth your time or money. I purchased a locker back in 2013 and from them which the box came beaten to hell in a 100 mile journey from from Everett to Auburn. When I called to let them know it needed better packing inside and more reinforcement, their reply at the time was " Well it got there didn't it?" Fast forward 6 years and I got the wrong axle seals, so I did the return. I followed up the same week of the return and I was assured the parts had arrived back to them. That It would take a few days for a refund. 2 weeks goes by and still nothing. Follow up two more times and finally I'm told they were signed for by a " Johnson " but supposedly there is not a Johnson that works there. If I could give you ZERO stars I would. I will never return or reccomend this place to any one for any reason at all.

They change their prices all the time. I own a repair facility and we used to get all our diff parts from them until we noticed that the prices would jump way up and the shipping prices would be high. When we would question the prices they would give some excuse about the sales person put us on the wrong price schedule and they would fix it. After the 3rd time in a row of being gouged we stopped buying from them.

I was referred to Randy' s bye my son's roommate, I couldn't be happier with this automotive shop. I highly recommend Randy' s to anyone who needs a rear end fix on a vehicle, I'm impressed with Russ & the crew, they had my dodge repaired in one day called before any repairs were started explained what they saw and what was needed. The plus side no uip sales for unnecessary work A plus in my book promised my truck on time, was told it was done bye before day end. Since I live in Tacoma they had no problem having me pick up my truck the morning. Thank you for your expertise. Happy Holidays to you all. Sam N

Great shop, knowledgeable mechanics and excellent customer service. Always a big deal to me when shops are actually willing to let you go into the garage and spectate the work being done. My vehicle was a new one for them being a Japanese import, but they took on the challenge and did a fantastic job! They even worked with me when I found out one of the lockers I had purchased turned out to be the wrong one, and were patient with me while I waited for a replacement to be shipped from the other side of the world. Even though it took more work than expected, they did me a solid and stuck to their original quoted price. Can't say enough good things about them!

Ordered a part from this company yesterday (5/6/19), it was supposed to arrive today (5/7/19) received a call this morning stating it was the wrong part for the vehicle specified. This part that was ordered can be interchangeable. Instead of calling upon receiving the order, this company waited to call on the day of delivery to say it is the wrong part. Also they want notes in the order stating do not cancel, I cannot leave notes when I order parts as my system won't let me. Randy's Worldwide, please just next time shush and send me my part or call the day you receive the order NOT THE DAY THE PART IS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED!!!!

I own a 1962 Chrysler 300H which we have had since 1966. I decided I needed to have the Sure-Grip limited slip looked at, as well as seals which were leaking. I read a reference to Randy's Ring and Pinion in a magazine article, and decided I would rather ship the assy up to them from San Jose California than have the work done locally as I had confidence it would be done correctly by Randys. Above all, I did not want to have to remove the third member a second time. After conferring with Russ Compton in service, I shipped the assy in a wooden crate. By the time I called to check to see if it had arrived, they had the work nearly complete! I am very pleased with the workmanship and the responsoiveness to may questions by Russ.

A class above the rest. Shop was clean, orderly, appeared to be a first class place to work and certainly builds confidence in the customer! They took me into the shop to view the parts that had failed and explained the issues that were the cause of the failures. Doesn't get any better than that.

Brought 08 Tahoe in for some rear diff issues and these guys handled it perfectly for less than half of two other quotes, got it done quickly too. The professionalism and know how was top notch, did a road test with a tech and he knew his stuff. Glad I listened to a friend and considered Randy's! Well worth the trip from Mount Vernon even without a loaner vehicle. Thank you Russ and the team!

If I could give more stars I would!!! I was referred to Randy's by my neighbor as he was extremely satisfied with their professionalism. I had a very unique axle and was trying to self install a locker. They did a bunch of research and even helped me try to install a locker, at no cost. In the end I wasn't able to install the locker I originally planned due to the axle configuration and part available onsite, but they found an acceptable option and gave me an excellent price. I cannot say enough good things about Randy's.
