During the two-year period 2017-2019 I worked with Randstad, which my employer appointed as responsible for my payroll.
I have to say that there are not enough words to thank their collective effort, let alone the results they have brought, at every step.
First of all, at least twice a month, there was an active discussion between the clients and the company, so that both sides could be promptly informed about any new questions or inquiries.
Secondly, any question, if asked, is to be answered on the same day, within (indeed) a few hours.
Documents that need to be sent must always contain clear instructions, and the process usually succeeds in completing it successfully and very soon.
What makes this company stand out is the human potential behind the e-mails.
The service is authentic and very fast, they manage to accomplish whatever pending things they have, in such a way that during festive occasions (eg Christmas) that you would expect to have workload delays, Randstad continues to surprise you positively, confirming at least one week before closing the year, how the payroll contracts have been sent, sending a second reminder if needed, and making sure they show how professional they are and how seriously they get the job their.
One last, they regularly send warm greetings, giving their customers the feeling that the company is interested in having a good mood, even when there is no work issue (eg validation of a new contract).
I am grateful to have been lucky enough to work with them, and I hope in the future to present a similar opportunity, as today's day, with anxiety and lack of certainty in detail, when one can reassure that such a capable company, investing to its human resources as appropriate, handles its payroll, and knows exactly when to pay, based on a program, and a year in advance, feels much more "ready-made" in its everyday life, and has the potential to focus on the demands of the workplace because of this.
