Was employed by Randstad but was working for another company. I have a negative experience with Ranstad that handled my payroll. After the first month was over, everyone else got paid and I didn't. I called them and they said I needed to get another bank account even though this bank account was used for my payroll for over 2 years by the other company. I could.not take time off from work since my schedule was 8am to 4pm and the banks were closed before and after that. The represantive from randstad, kalliniki or something like that, blantantly said that it was not her job to inform me that there was an issue with the bank account and that she did not care that my payroll would delay. This is horrible customer service and I am really surprised a person like that is a manager. I hope I never have to work with them again.
