For the first time in a hotel of this category, we were not disappointed. King size bed. 13th floor with breathtaking view of Cairo. Absolutely memorable breakfast

They agreed with me at the reception at a price and when Jit took the insurance to meet them and registered him at another price

The best is the very modern top floor pub and very nice views of Cairo at night

Great hotel in the center, next to the Cairo Museum for a few days stay in the capital of Egypt. There is a sticker on the room that the room is clean and disinfected, so you can see that no one entered the room before you. The entrance and movement around the hotel is strictly in masks, at the entrance they measure the temperature every time. Excellent breakfast, 3 types to choose from. There was not enough hair dryer

The staff is very lovely but the building trascurate and old

The hospitality is warm, friendly, intuitive, caring, smiles from one department to another. It was seamless. So much care and attention and attentiveness. From reception to housekeeping to restaurant, the bell staff and lounge staff, Id love to thank specially silvia from the lounge and nancy from reservations as well omar and rafouk for checking me in and out. I stayed the first week here i loved it so much i came back to book the second week and was greeted with such kindness. I really look forward to meeting this well rounded, professional team. Such great assets to the Hilton group.The pool was divine as was the breakfast and city view and nile view rooms. you won't miss a thing. Be sure to bring out that camera. I was barricaded by its rooms overlooking the Nile in the bocking and on the Jet day they said no d p city if p nile paid more !!

I said Mu problem and paid the difference .. They said wait for the text of the hour and the room is ready and was waiting from 11 am to 2 pm In the last day protesting the situation, the employee tells me who said to me but the text of the hour and the room is equipped, says Da Mshgli and enter the hour 3 afternoon !! It was the second hotel you better .. For information first time Azur Cairo and what I expected a global hotel the same is to treat them with the same!

I do not know where to start from. I travel 2 times a month to a different destinations and I check in in different Hotels each week. Hilton is one of my favorite hotel but not this one Hilton Ramses Cairo Egypt. From the moment we were trying to check in untill the moment we checked out. The people at the reception are so rude they are not profrssional and do not know how to deal with the customers. The first day I got in the room there was no toilet paper nor shampoo/body lotion. The hot water tap was not working and the water was not hot under the shower. I asked for toliet paper and then i checked to see why they are late and the lady at the reception said u just asked for it while it passed more than 20 minutes. No body smiles in this hotel or this country. People just look for your money. I am sure that people work here are not professional or not well trained to deal with tourists. When i wanted to check out there were only 2 receptionist working out of 7 and it took me 35 mins to check out. You ask and no body respond unless you went angry as i did so they brought the vice manager to talk with me. He was kind and made sure to set up my room for me. I was so upset from this hotel and I do not think that it is good place to stay during a vacation or buisness trip. I will not recommend this hotel to none of my friends.

The hotel is very old, but it is great located and the rooms are very spacious.

Poor service in the check-in (be patient, I've waited for almost two hours). The rest of the hotel was quite good including the breakfast (buffet). The club located in the top floor is nice. Nile looks great as well If you get a room with views!

One of the best customer service I experienced, the staff were very attentive to our needs and were very courteous and polite. Very beautiful rooms with awesome view, clean, and excellent continental breakfast! Before we went on our tour the staff gave us water and some snacks for our day - super generous!

For a major international hotel chain, this location was very disappointing. We stayed there as part of a tour group and was told that it was at least a four-star hotel. While some of the staff are nice, many of them do not seem to speak English well. We got several calls late at night from different workers at the front desk and we could not understand what they were saying asides from their accusation that we "took something". They finally got someone with better grasp of English to come up to our room (well after we were both in bed) to settle whatever dispute it was. We also had a man working in the lobby shout "Japanese?! Chinese?? Korean!!" at my husband in an attempt to guess his nationality in not exactly professional tones. I would expect that from locals on the streets; not a professional working in an international hotel chain. Also, soundproofing/noise pollution was a huge problem. We stayed on the 11th floor and could hear the noise of traffic 24 hours a day. A large part of it is due to the hotel's convenient location, which is the only reason I'm not giving this hotel a one star.

Good in every way, except on arrival. We had dinner included, but since we were late, because of a delay in the flight, they did not want to give us a yoghurt to take my medication. Very slow in reception. You never expect that of a 5 star hotel.

5-star hotel located on the Nile Corniche in Cairo Governorate, one of the most important and beautiful hotels in Cairo.

A perfect hotel to stay in. Nice service and they have such a good stuff. All people in this place is very productive. I recommend this hotel for anyone who want 5-stars hotel.

An old hotel and needs a radical renovation and development of lighting as it is old and weak and replaced with modern lights and for the price of the service is not suitable for the level of five-star hotel.
As well as the renewal of its commercial market .. and prevent beggars who are next to the hotel because they cause inconvenience to tourists ...
