Had a great time using the facilities. Spa was great and the service was excellent.

Surroundings are pleasant enough but car park is full of potholes and mud. Buffet food was lacklustre and uninspiring. Technical facilities were reliable and the support provided professional.

Second time staying as a guest here, celebrating my partners birthday. Service is exceptional and spa facilities are brilliant. Vast range of spa treatments for a reasonable price - would recommend. Rib Room did disappoint, partner's steak was not as expected however the service and atmosphere made up for it. Thank you.

Stopped overnight on a golf trip, both courses and hotel was first class.
Got here. Unable to use debit card as their machine was down. Cash only......Utterly disappoited. Had to drive to a gas station to access bank machine. Will not return. No customer service. AVOID
Heck only awarded a 1 star food rating. Its a pity they didnt check housekeeping. Used bed linen piled up in the corridors on the floor. Oh yes it gets washed but its an eyesore and smells. Put it in wheeled baskets like other hotels do.

Friendly staff. Rooms are spacious, bathroom a delight, huge comfy bed.Stayed in 110 & 111 patio doors looking out onto pond/fountain. Everything you need in spa, loved outside pool area and very soothing back massage.The Fusion restaurant is best red thai curry I have ever ate ....devine .
Played golf in a society there and cant fault the course. When they say championship standard they defiantly mean it.
Booked table for 5 and were given that seated 10. All 3 orders of the stir fry were swimming in sauce. They ultimately gave us a 10% discount it was that bad. First trip to Fusion. Won't be returning.
For 200 pounds a night the cleanliness of room was lacking and our room was not ready at the time of check in and no one said sorry for the wait but one of the redeeming qualitys was the pool and the grounds.
Attended a training session in one of their meeting rooms. Staff very helpful and brought extra radiators as needed. Beautiful location and building

Attended an all day conference today and the facilities, staff and food were all excellent.
Food cold and dry burnt woth a plate by serving staff had to change drinks as dirty glasses and we had to hand in a birthday gift bag as we could not take it to the event which was lost by the staff this had jewelry in it aswell as other gifts staff have been somewhat unwilling to help us so far with sorting out a resolution although we spent a lot of money that day attending the ladies day 12th March 2017 and had booked a large table of 20 not one sorry or offer has been given
Great place 2 great courses and the food was spot on too will be going back next year am sure. Very friendly staff too.
Played the cathedral course. Layout was outstanding. We are both in our 70's. Too much for us but enjoyable.
Nice posh hotel with very well-equipped swimming pool, spa and gym. Restaurant also serves good food. But the room is not that sound proof. That is why only 4-star rate.

The spa was great as was the Asian restaurant but the hotel was only OK. Unfortunately let down by the staff, we had to ask for information about everything as they didn't tell us about anything.

Not very Good , plug in the on suite was blocked, only cold showers oven not very good didn't even cooked bacon on the grill

Simply Spa on a Wednesday. Brunch on arrival - very good, especially the large pot of tea! Relaxing atmosphere and able to use all the facilities without them being too crowded. Just a few of the water jets not functioning, but otherwise excellent day

Very nice hotel. Surroundings are stunning, staff are friendly, rooms are really generously furnished and spacious and the bathroom in the room we were in was amazing!! Breakfast is good too, with plenty of choice and good value for money. Bus stop is close by to give you transport direct through to Durham. Very easy to find.
Amazing!! The staff are fantastic, very polite, helpful and courteous. Food from the Rib room is just mouth watering.

Great service. Very professional. I felt very safe in these strange times. Lovely hotel with clean, luxurious rooms with very comfy beds and a super tasty well served breakfast. Had dinner in the restaurant and couldn't fault either service or food.

Fusion Restaurant is excellent and very reasonable for a nice hotel / spa eatery Service was good and efficient, food came piping hot and more importantly was very tasty. We will definitely be back soon.
