Beautiful surroundings and excellent customer service

Never been so disappointed. The greens looked like they had been ploughed. Pitch marks not repaired. Fungus or something hoing on?? Drainage ditches not filled. Don't know how to describe how poor the whole course felt awful.

Went to wedding there which was lovely but needs a bit updating in places.

Good hotel, rooms nice, great facilities, but disappointed with food, not to standard you would expect from an hotel like this, poor show.

Attended a wedding, and stayed overnight. Absolutely faultless.

Came here to for a spa day as a birthday treat. Got the twilight spa deal, it was fab, place is beautiful and treatments were so relaxing but didn t feel like I had enough time to use the facilities. Would come for a bit longer next time. I don t get why you can t why robes in the restaurant after 7pm, don t see the issue. You can at other places all day and night. The food was soooo tasty and the portion sizes are very generous!

Have stayed here a few times now as convenient for work - bedrooms are lovely, very comfortable beds and lovely luxurious bedding. Nice size bathroom with full size bath if that s your thing. I ve only eaten in the steak house, but that s because the food is to die for! There is another fusion restaurant available but I stick with the rump steak. Breakfast is lovely with lots of choice. Haven t used the spa but I still rate 5/5 as it s not important to me.

Tried a last minute dinner in the fusion restaurant this evening but they were full. I noticed they had good COVID protocol in place... temperature taking and filling in customer details. We then made our way to the RibRoom which again was fully booked to our dismay. Again though, the staff were taking temperatures and requesting details for track and trace. We finally made our way to the carvery, as we were very hungry It was the obvious solution! The food was disgusting, salmon had been left to dry for hours, it got stuck in my throat it was so dry. I decided on vegetables and these were equally disgusting. Roast potatoes tasted three days old, cauliflower was mush. I cannot believe the Ramside cannot get the simplest of meals right after all of this time trading. To top it off nobody was interested in our temperature or getting details from us. We could have come from COVID central and nobody could possibly tack or trace us. Absolutely disgraceful!

Friendly staff, nice vue, beautiful rooms, good facilities and tasted food. I really enjoyed my night there and I'll go back for sure.

Great spa facilities. Staff are atgenticr, all three restaurants are reasonably priced with good quality food.

Booked a table for 8 people - Sunday roast lunch, and it was superb. The staff are first-rate, and food was delicious. This was for a birthday, and it was a great experience. Couldn't have been better.

Premier rooms are huge, lovely bathroom with big bath and marble decoration

Extremely pleasant hotel to stay in. I stayed in one of the newer rooms and it was first class. Couldn't have expected more. Very clean, modern and the reception and cleaning staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Lovely food and great facilities.

Club house excellent, staff and facilities, course still very wet,so it would be unfair to comment.

It wasnt a trip it was a Christmas party night. The bar staff are amazing. It was the meal. I am a vegan but also dairy intolerant and the party organiser was assured that I would have a meal that catered for this. Did it happen. No. Basically the starter was thrown on the table. When I said I ordered soup to a staff member. She wasnt happy and almost threw it at the guy next to me. The meal was the same.. was given the Turkey. Said I ordered vegan. I got a vegetarian meal. When I asked a staff member if anything had milk or dairy in he shrugged and said he would find out. He never returned. needless to say I won't be going back.

Visited for a wedding. Nice room and staff were friendly and attentive. It had a spa and a golf course that I didn't have time to use. However, they looked good and and golf course was in good condition.

Excellent place to stay with golf, spa and gym facilities on site. Excellent menu and the food is exceptional and really good quality. Wonderful surroundings , definitely worth a visit.

The hotel has very helpful staff. The facilities are very good and also it has a 36 hole golf course which is in fantastic condition .

Spa is very nice. Food is really nice. However considering the cost to stay, the rest of the hotel services could be better.

Gorgeous food in Fusion Restaurant and reasonably priced. Staff very friendly too. Be prepared to have a meal sitting next to people in dressing gowns (spa guests) who may be a little sweaty/red faced. Its the only negative for an evening venue.

We were driving by and fancied a coffee so popped in. The setting was beautiful and very well maintained and kept. The staff were very polite and could not do enough to help. As for the coffee, the Latte and Capaccino we enjoyed were perfect and the price was great too.

One of my friends loves this place and we always go as a group for her birthday and......I'm always disappointed. Carvery is always cold and the cauliflower cheese was awful- no cheese should taste like that. Let's see what i think next year

Very nice and food is well presented but one thing is that there is not much variation for food at social events as the food at a wedding is the same as a regular social event

Me and my other half stayed at the hotel last night to celebrate my birthday and I must say it was the most disappointing stay I've ever experienced, to start with we checked in at 3 o'clock and were looking to have tea, so we went down for More

I have been a guest here a few times. The food in the Rib Room is lovely and if toubget the stay and dine offer at the hotel the food is reasonably priced. The staff are lovely and helpful and the rooms are comfortable.

Great spa, food average at best. Rooms Could do with a spruce up

Went to have dinner at fusion resturant. Food is not anything special. But the hotel and the area are really nice. We went for a walk after our dinner and we had a really good time.

I attended Ramside Hall Hotel for an event with friends on the run up to Christmas and we had a fabulous night. Great food and entertainment.

I was only there for a business meeting over a working day but what i say was impressive, check out the website. Site was somewhat confusing the first time i visited though.

Ramside hall Is excellent for meals, we had our Christmas party night there and the top class service we received was 2nd to none. Food was out of this world. I would highly recommend this for any function xx

Course isn't as good as hobson greens poor club hotel very expensive for food and drinks. Staff are great green staff are good

I call this place ramside hole. Had a dicky tummy twice here and the entertainment is rubbish. The prices are huge and the run out of everything. Hate the place only gave it one star so I could type this

Lovely venue for a wedding, very attentive master of ceremonies.

A lovely location with friendly staff, can highly recommend the carvery lunches if a little pricey but we'll worth the extra.
