Nice hotel. Tired rooms and veeeery thin walls. I would give it 5 star if it wasn t for hearing my neighbours having showers and talking at 8am. Good food in the steak restaurant. A bit expensive but we were only there for 2 nights so we didn t venture to Durham for food or drinks.
Lush place with lovely food and drinks . The spa area bit too open not secluded . Although plenty to offer everyone.
Some staff need to learn manners. Over.priced over rated.
Flips flops everywhere and dirty changing rooms. Food however was really good.

Wow fantastic rooms spacious clean all the whims you need staff unreal so courteous and helpful and the Breakfast was brilliant they even have honey with the honeycomb still with it great experience of the hotel and Yorkshire well happy!
Rooms were brilliant, spa was awsome. Beds one of the best I've slept in in many many hotel stays. Would highly recommend
We went to the fusion spa restaurant for a meal it was a present for our anniversary the meal was excellent the service was first class

Had a fantastic night at a friends hen party it was a tribute night the spice girls and steps they were great the food was so good will be back staff were very thorough
Attend see for a family meal. Service was fantastic. The food excellent and the atmosphere was wonderful.
Would never go here again, our table was close to one of the doors that was continually banging but no one wanted to do anything about it and then to make things worse while eating our meal the staff were hovering over and watching us to pounce on our plates as we finished our meals (waiters standing staring at you while eating not good). Would never go here again. AVOID
Not a very good welcome from your reception staff. Due to the fact we were paying with cash. Yes we would get it back in the morning. But that would of left us With no money for our night.
Really good facilities, great Spa and decent rooms and breakfast
Drink prices where always different each time I went to pay. We got told to me quiet by a waiter when we are just sitting and talk and having a good catch up between a group of girls, which really killed the buzz of a great 3 days away for our businesses obviously can t have fun and a little laughter and enjoy yourself at this hotel.

Fabulous stay at this first class establishment. Looked after from the moment we arrived until our departure. Highly recommended.
Great value for money but far too busy in the spa. No beds available it many with just towels on. WiFi was not working in various parts of the hotel. We also had noisey guests who woke us in the middle of the night. Not the hotel's fault but very little sound proofing in the hotel itself.
Beautiful room with great view, enjoyed our meal, drinks are a bit expensive but par for the course for a hotel I suppose.
Stayed for 1 night. Absolutely amazing. Staff were extremely friendly and professional. Hotel room out of this world. Spa staff really helpful. Given a personal tour. Food was 1st class. Would definitely recommend and certainly will be coming back.

A very nice hotel, with great staff. I was there looking for a potential wedding venue and the staff hosted my family brilliantly. My wife and eldest daughter will use the spa for a pampering day in the next month and the facilities look excellent.
Went for carvery, huge portions, good choice of desserts, would recommend!
My experience would have been better had they not tried to cram 330 people into the smallest room, but overall enjoyed it
