Beautiful hotel, excellent food and value, friendly staff already looking at re booking for my next holiday

Hotel very clean. Contemporary asser design, beautiful heated pool, large bedroom with all comforts, USB plugs, 40 "tv, ... very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast 10 minutes by taxi from the airport.

Helpful staff. Tasty hot breakfast. Large room with great shower would recomend

Visited for a work event, clean tidy well maintained room with aircon! Very useful on a hot summer day.

Nothing to do with the average of London hotels. Clean hotel, generously sized room as well as the bathroom. Equipped with a restaurant and a very nice brewery. A short distance from Gatwick airport, you can get there by bus in about 20 minutes, or 10 minutes by taxi

Lobby and bar good - food & drink not particularly cheap of course - rooms little bit run down. Pool good for kids.

Was there for just a short while, but the building and facilities look modern and well made. It is a very well presented hotel, and looks very posh.

Is so nice, centre of attraction and a well developed area

No tables in bar for guests locals had reseved them ..found a table that was not reserved until 9pm ..ordered food at 7.45 and was told we had 15mins to eat it !!

Me and my Fiance Came here as a quiet night away from home (We live 10 minutes down the road)

ROOM:
Absolutely wonderful for the price, the rooms... well, I have never been so comfy and relaxed, kind size room, large tv and sofa meaning we could Sit and Eat there instead of the Bed.

BATHROOM:
SPOTLESS, bright and full of lovely miniatures for bathing with.
Room included a shower/bath and a nice clean toilet, Large mirror and well ventilated.

THINGS TO DO:
We spent our Night down in the Shark Club Bar, Cocktails were spot on, staff were amazing, really chatty, fun and polite.
Bar tab to room is easily set up and they are more than happy to just bring the drinks over to you.
The Grill and the Bar had a Really American Sports bar feel about it, after looking up the SharkClub, this is what they aim for. Perfectly Executed...

I slept like a Log that night, I have Returned over and over and over again, making full use of their Offers and Promotions,
Even signing up to their Club for FREE to receive discounts.

Overall this place is Deservingly Getting 5 Stars.
Just because it wouldn't suit anything less than that from me.

Really lovely hotel with everything you could possibly need. Had a lovely vegan meal in the evening however just a little disappointed that there were no vegan alternatives for breakfast.

Heating broken (freezing) and lift broken. Needs a refurb in places. Busy queue upon arrival, only one receptionist. Friendly, efficient staff.

Amazing hotel best I personally have everest stayed at. You do have to pay for food but that is understandable. Overall a great experience so that is why I five it 5 stars

For a stopover, this hotel is perfect! Good service and attentive staff. Attention, if you want to benefit from the various services offered, inform you in advance about the schedules, the time slots are not very broad.

The refurbishments have made this place look absolutely stunning. Wasn't a bad hotel before but now it definitely has a very classy vibe to it.

Lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, nice comfortable modern room. The swimming pool is amazing, lovely and warm too. Stayed for one night with meet and greet parking while I was away on holiday for a week, taxi was arranged for the airport ready for us, the car was there ready when we got back, no damage or extra miles put on the car, was well looked after. Perfect the whole way through.

The staff is excellent in Sandman Signature Hotel. Special mention to Elsa Belmonte and Marissa Linezo for assisting us in our 3 days stay in Crawley. Superb and friendly staff. Very accomodating.

Strange place, the aesthetic is pleasing on first glance but the lifts seem dodgy and of you take the stairs you're confronted with an entirely unfinished stairwells one of which actually had blood on the floor. The rooms are comfortable, clean and tidy but for whatever reason the hotel feel the need to supply a ridiculous number of pillows which needed to be discarded before the bed was suitable for sleeping.

The bar and dining area were pleasant and the menu reasonable but the staff didn't seem to be that attentive forgetting to take beers off the bill we didn't have or not asking us if we wanted coffee or tea.

They got me a glass of milk at 4 in the morning, for free!

Great looking hotel, staff are very attentative and friendly. The rooms are stunning although are very warm even with the cooler on. Had to switch this off as this was a little noisy but on the whole a great pre flight hotel. Would certainly recommend.

Still giving it 5 out of 5 though as this was great value venue with added parking (offsite) included in the package and aesthetically pleasing.

Terrible airconditioning in the rooms. Very noisy AC blowing hot air at outside temperature of 32 degrees.

Stayed overnight ready for flight from Gatwick in the morning, really good location with an excellent service and package deal for leaving your car there whilst away...transfer to and from airport included too

Good hotel close to Gatwick Airport and Crawley Town centre.
Good for transits, and if you have extra time, you can get some shopping in.
Tesco 24/7 3 minutes driving up the road (not quite 24/7 as, due to Sunday trading laws, they close at 24:00 on Saturday, re-open at 10:30 Sunday morning and close at 17:00 on Sunday
Hotel has a lively sports bar with a good selection of food and drinks, including a variety of vegetarian options.
Lift is SLOW!!!

Newly done up rooms, which are HUGE for the price that you pay. No complaints there. Ladies, the bathroom is perfect for your makeup needs, and the beds are so comfortable. Only stayed one night, wish I stayed longer.

Service was great, as soon as I needed anything they instantly attentive. I had also forgotten a few things at the hotel and got some local friend to pick it up. I called the hotel who called me back within 5 minutes to let me know they have it ready for me at the reception, turns I left more than I had expected- shows you can also trust the house keeping staff!!!

I will definitely be back!

Nice hotel. Modern and clean. Food good. Friendly staff. However would not return until they fix on going air conditioning problems inside the bedrooms. Queried this on arrival and offered a lower floor room. Not good enough.

Good hotel to stay at if your flying from North Terminal Gatwick, does the job, great restaurant and bar and parking option is great also. We always stay the night before we fly out, good price also.

The photos give you more of what it is, it is small but cozy.

The rooms are excellent, well furnished and comfortable (even providing a microwave). I had a large rain shower head which was ideal for the morning and breakfast was nice and fresh with a decent selection. Would recommend it.

Went on a first date to the bar here. Very nice and staff were really friendly too.

One of the best hotel's I've had the pleasure of staying in in this price bracket, the rooms are large, clean and well equipped, the restaurant served food that was very good quality and perfectly cooked. The staff courteous and helpful, all in all a very joyous stay.

We arrived at 0130 and the night receptionist was very helpful; the lift had temporarily broken and he carried our bags up 5 flights of stairs. Room was very spacious and well appointed with a midday checkout time.

Only stayed here 1 night before going to Gatwick, quite shocked at the size of the room for the low price. Room had microwave and fridge, very clean hotel.

Just returned from using their stay, park and fly. Lovely hotel, fabulous service , top notch organisation and great price. Staff friendly and helpful, private transfer service bang on time and waiting as soon as we exited airport. Will deffo use again and highly recommend.

Lovely Hotel.. what a great deal with hotel and parking only downside was I didn't get my 4 a.m. call which could have caused me a lot of problems if I had only relied on reception to wake me

Excellent hotel. Breakfast is too expensive in my opinion. I didn't have a car but it looks like parking might be a problem based on how many cars park on the road leading up to the hotel. Overall a very nice hotel.

Very smart hotel. Looks more expensive than than it is. Very friendly staff from reception to bar staff. Only quibble I have is that they forgot to give us our wake up call....so set an alarm..very comfortable rooms. Tea & coffee. Fridge More

i cannot express the convenience of this hotel anymore, it's simply brilliant, flying at 6am is a pain but when someone organised a transfer to pick you up and drop you off whilst having a safe place to leave your car for a week relieves some of that holiday stress you have. The rooms are lovely and clean with a fair bit of space to them, unfortunately i didn't get round to the pool or gym but i felt so relaxed before the holiday it didn't matter all that much! The food in the hotel is nice and not expensive as i thought it would be, there's the usual menus which will cater for a lot of people, but seriously try the cocktails!

Beds too hard for me. Plus woukd like a window to open not having fan on to noisy

We booked the Sandman Signature Hotel to hold a wake and the last thing you want is for anything to go wrong. All I can say is I need not have worried as the Sandman Staff excelled themselves.

Our guests arrived at the hotel before we did and I was worried they would all be wondering where to go but the staff were on the front door ushering people to the stairs or lift. Once the got upstairs there was another member of staff sending them to the room. The staff were extremely attentive and polite, nothing was too much trouble. The chef catered well for special diets too.

The food was fabulous, the setting was top class and I cant thank them enough for helping us get through this difficult time seamlessly. Everyone said it was a fabulous place and if I had to do it again (hopefully not) then I would book the hotel in an instant. If anyone asks then I would recommend them without hesitation.

Stayed one night for the airport, parking was a bit of a problem, but the hotel and room were lovely, it was a shame it was only one night, room really large with a big sofa, fridge, microwave, coffee facilities, large telly. Helpful friendly staff, would definitely recommend.

Wonderful place to unexpectedly find myself in due to a cancelled flight.

Nice Hotel, Staff lovely and friendly, drink prices reasonable for a Hotel along with food prices. Only minor complaint is the windows do not open in the room and Air con was not cold enough to compensate. Otherwise still would recommend and return again! :-)

Close to gatwick but the rooms are always very warm, you can't open a window and the air con is useless. Left it on for 3 hours and still boiling

Excellent for the price. Less then 5 minutes driving from Gatwick.

From the moment we arrived it was a good experience. Not enough towels in room. 5 minutes later more than enough were brought up. Very friendly staff. Very comfortable room excellent shower. We had a meal in the restaurant if your in a hurry not good. we weren't so excellent. Rooms are very soundproof and lights out dark no sneaky light. Had breakfast also good. Will definitely use again. One negative no shower caps.

Very good experience! Such an upgrade from when this was a Ramada! Everything in the room was great and the food was nice too. Breakfast was a slightly disappointing, the food was good, but they was never enough for demand. It also took until the end of my breakfast to get tea or coffee! If breakfast was spot on then it would have been 5 stars.
