Please Get first offer letter and please dont join...

Please Get first offer letter and please dont join without joining letter. Company CEO force to employees to join company.Much Rules and Regulation but only for employees not for company. Account department available only 2 days.If you demand Salary Structure from hr ,they say account department is not available.if want to get joining letter hr say its on Ceo's desk.Management cant update own self according to market.

No one there to respond .Neither picked up the phone nor NO TAT for your pending matters . Incomplete Software .helpless staff support against too expensive pricing.third class system no professionalism .Far away from actual deliverable in the software .

Please this is not follow any rule.if you join please firstly get offer letter and all doc otherwise they have habit to play with carrier of candidate.Hr and management guy also interesting person.but dont have some responsible.

1. Bad Work Culture: Unprofessional Lala Company - clear from Seniors and Management Attitude
2. Work too is mostly Data Entery Work with Unrealistic Targets
3. Bad Working Conditions - craemped office.
4. HR-Policies of Attendance, Working hours, Holidays
5. Employee Morale is very Low - it feels Demotivating to be surrounded by person with Low Morale for Whole Day
6.After 2-3 months later enormous deduction from the salary.
7.company owner tries to hire people without offer letter so that after some time he can exploit the employees by deducting salary and if you raise any question you will be fired.
8.Enormous tax evasion policies are going on like pf deducted from employee of employer contribution and same story for ESI etc and don;t expect any amount will be given by the company everything from your pocket
9.Company director is dumb he can't even understand even simple thing.(i think that is why company is so small although it is founded in 2000)
10.people are dumb their they even can't right percentage in formula and they mix history to geography and vice versa

if you don't believe in my comment kindly visit the company(it's infrastructure will tell you everything) and ask 1-2 general question from employees you will get to known everything.

Company owner tries to hire people without offer letter and Company policies are exercised in favor of companies interest only.Lot of Politics,favoritism and nepotism at upper level management. Perks aren't really helpful.Poor work life balance.Attrition rate has escalated and must continue.Super biased HR too. There are lots of tax evasion practices are going on .

one of the worst service provider i have ever seen
staff is like working for some recovery company they threten you that why did u bought the software from them.
Biggest mistake they charge you like hell and when come to support its worse.

Worst place. You'll feel like you are in a village of Haryana.
Investwell location is funny because a building having 5 or 6 floors and most of them are vacant where labors chit chat and listen song. And then investwell on a floor. You will not feel like you are working in a software company.
