Went there a few days back. The cleanliness was not taken care of. The washroom was very poorly maintained. The swimming pool was in no way "CRYSTAL CLEAR". The kids swimming pool was green with algae and out of order. The food quality and taste has never been good to be honest. Their charges have increased immensely and the quality and maintenance has completely gone down. Paid 2,200/= per person. After swimming in their pool, I am suffering from Cercarial Dermatitis (Swimmer's itch). I am a swimmer and go to different pools every now and then. But this has never happened to me. I have no allergies so you know who's at fault here. My niece got a really bad rash too. Save your money. Please don't go there.

We were there to have brunch at La Terresse on Sunday. As far as the food is concerned it was fine. The variety of the offering was limited although the hostess and the staff were welcoming. After a while when it was crowded the place got heated. Overall our experience was average.

Overall Ok. But was not very impressed with their staff. People at reception can be better.

My room was next to staircase and I kept on getting all the noise from staff opening and closing staircase door in corridor while having chit chat.

No Variety in food, No taste. Not worth your money....

Decent hotel. Calm & quiet environment. Nice greenery and a very nice swimming pool, which is almost always empty (good for us swimmers).

Be aware of the food they serve you in the room, specially the rice.. it is old rice reheated and will give you food poisoning.
This hotel is fine but lacks a proper supervision on the meals send to the rooms.
I have been suffering the food poisoning for 3 days now

Good place to stay and food stuff is also good.it is one of the biggest Hotel in Karachi.

Check-in the Chalets, they are serene. The food is great.

Its a place where people from other countries can enjoy but its just mare Hotel for karachites
