Dirty rooms and premises, careless attitude towards cleanliness, slow service, often mislead guests about room rates and policies, no proper fumigation for flies and mosquitoes control, bakery and restaurant items taste average to below average. Ample parking, very close to intl airport, secure location.
Rooms are not spacious enough and, they are using the first model of the sony LCD in the rooms as a TV.

Awesome place and had a wonderfull buffet experience in ramada plaza.a very good place for foreigner and local.service was good enough.and its a four star hotel that's why i gave four rating in feedback.
It was a pleasant stay overall but I would suggest using air fresheners in the hallways as the stink that envelops Karachi can be felt inside the hotel as well!
Good hotel for a short stay. Ample parking for small events. Old design has been renovated and updated to newer standards.
The lobby has a strong stench of incense that will give you a migraine if you're not accustomed to strong smells. I've been to temples with less pungent incense smells.
Please note that hotel has a strict policy on allowing outside food. We were visiting the Chinese restaurant for a birthday and the security staff wouldn't allow us to take the cake in. Was a hassle but eventually the restaurant was able to retrieve it for us.

Food is nice, staff is courteous and kind. However, certainly lack a strong complaint handling system. Stayed thier 3 days and everyday reported a fault with Air conditioning. Promises were made but finally once told I'll look for room somewhere else, it was sorted.
Dinner and lubch have limited and repititive menu. Room service poor.complaints are not addressed
