Value for money to relax but a bit far from city centre best hotel near air port 5 min drive only

It is a really good hotel for travellers. Great service and really home-like comfortable rooms and environment.

Hi tea was not freshly cooked , although plenty of variety, nice quite place

Excellent facilities specially for foreigners as it is located very near to airport. Secondly it is in center of the city, so easy to move around. Inside arrangements are satisfactory, food is of top quality too. Very good place for event planning and management. Security levels are high too. Overall good experience.

Hotel is kind of OK, service was poor, rooms are not as you expect from the standard they pretend now will I recommend it ot not answer is mixed if you would like stay for day or two fine but not any longer

Great hospitality good food but sweet dishes bad experience

Ramada plaza is a well known hotel in karachi. Every year we plan one iftar/dinner there, this time they have increased prices and it was over crowded, we had to stand in queue to fill our platters which was hell difficult with kids. Food was average in taste I can say they have lost the spark.

The environment in iftar plus dinner buffet was smelly.

Good Food but the enviroment is Ok as for the buffet dinner they have marque out side the hotel in parking area which dosent feel good if you are paying thousands of Rupees.

My first visit to this place. I was booked for executive room but got standard room instead. Front Staff is not well trained. No follow up on customer complaint. Food is Ok. Room service is good and quick. Room is good but washroom is just ok. Not really keen to visit them again.

Best in the vicinity especially well suited location closest to Airport

I stayed for two nights. Complementary airport pickup service was provided.
However there was no dental kit in the room. Was told they are out of stock, which they couldn't manage to arrange for two days.
Tap water was almost red for two nights straight (couldn't understand if it was rust or something else).
Deputy Manager's behavior was not professional.

Nice place to organize your events, not just indoor but outdoor too which is pool side basically.

And amazing fact is, the cost of organizing an event here is same or with little bit difference as of organizing an event at Shahra e Faisal or else.

Plus point is, you'll get proper facilities here when booked for your events, which includes the mighty and huge parking with quality staff and service workers.

When organized for your event, the food will be provided by the RAMADA Catering. Any food catering or arrangement from outside isn't allowed.

I had been a fan of Ramada Hi Tea but my last experience remained extremely annoying. The customer service was actually below acceptable level. The staff was extremely disrespectful and discourteous. They misbehaved and manipulated the already offered discounts. The food standard has also gone down. Not suggested especially for unaccompanied ladies.

Stayed for 5 nights. A nice hotel near to the airport. Staff is extremely friendly. Food is nice. Rooms are clean. If you like seafood Chinese restaurant inside the hotel is highly recommended.

Perfect location to stay nearby Airport and city's main road Shara e faisal connect all karachi and main area. hotel has peacefully atmosphere surrounded.

Well maintained hotel with nice clean and calming environment.. Safety and security is really good as high security checks are 24/7.. Rooms are comfortable as well. If organizing events, the cost is also not too much as compare to many other places. Great place to organize your events, not just indoor but also outdoor which is the pool side basically. The food here is also very healthy & delicious.

Absolute shambles for an international chain of hotels. Ceiling dripping and carpets taped up in some of its halls, paint coming off and what not. Makes it an utter joke when it's accommodation rates and room pricing is considered.

It is most conveniently situated around the airport area...and definitely one feels the best of experience to be here ..
