Good hotel near Airport for journey Break.
I visited once for to attend Seminar.
But feeling good.

State of the art, good room and beautiful landscapes around pool area. Have your dinner there.

This is a very big complex including gym swimming pool, many halls and so many rooms. The staff is so cooperative. The lady manager at dinner personally welcomes every guest.

The management of this hotel needs to learn some serious skills on how to be service oriented. The hotel is rather big and fancy, with a large pool and gym but when it comes to customer care and giving that final touch, it fails miserably. Small things but huge impact, such as, tables at breakfast time without forks and knives. Napkins missing. Sugar not there. Tea corner will have three flasks with no idea at all what each one of them contains. Delay in getting just an omelette. In terms of room service, in most hotels you find an iron and iron board in the room. It took me four calls and 2 hours to know that there was no iron available. So delay was just to make sure that I might give up. Eventually, my dress was taken to be pressed and then another 2 calls it took to get it back. Very poor and disorganized customer service.

Massage should be available in room and a bit low price.

Ambience excellent, yet, the quality and taste of food is marginal

Mostly foreigners prefer this hotel. Its nearest to the airport. Staff is grest and very hospitable. Food is great too. Security is also very well arranged.

They should improve the quality of food at la terasse restaurant.

Amazing stay at the hotel, nice atmosphere and food. Just a added suggestion to spray pesticide or do some juggar for tons of mosquitoes outside.

Not booked room next time nor advice other for booking. Pay for 3 people but room for 2 persons

International standard of hotel with delicious food

Simply pathetic. Stale food. STAY AWAY from any buffets that they offer. It's simply stale enough to give you dihorrea. Poisonous food I must say.

Very good hotel but need to improve their food quality

as a cabincrew of a very big airline company, this hotel was the noisiest of them all. I couldnt sleep at all. workers are the noisiest. they speak to eachother at a very high level. kids running and screaming in corridors. there is allways a wedding so the whole music comes into your room. it was a horrible stay for me. I wouldnt even give one star for this hotel But I have to, just to make a comment.
