South of central pier, free boat shuttle service to central pier, nice rooms, good breakfast.

Convenient riverside hotel. Boat transsportaton from/to BTS station (Saphan Taksin) every 30 min from 8am to 11pm.

Good location, family friendly, friendly english speaking staff, good gym equipment and outdoor swimming pool.

View from the riverside restaurant is great. The rooms are a bit old and not enough chairs at the check in desk while waiting for them to return your documents. They originally gave my husband and myself 2 single beds in the room but they quickly changed it when we asked them to. Other than that, it was ok

Good hotel. Excellent value for money. Immediately near the pier and you can use the local boats to ride on the river. There is also a trendy gastro park (such as the Moscow Depot), where you can find food and drinks from around the world for every taste.

I ate a very good buffet lunch. Many foods and rice noodles are very good, and there are many fruits and vegetables.

The hotel was great, only it was very cold everywhere. The air conditioning in the room was always on its own.

I am a world traveller , and CEO of large Company. I was booked here by my secretary and checked out and moved hotels. The room I was given was an upgrade, and on the high floor. Walked into the room and immediately walked out due to the strong smell of mold. Very dangerous to stay in a mouldy room. Requested a move, the next room smelt so bad in the evening of raw sewer, I became very sick and then asked to check out due to this extremely bad sickness. Here is where it bacame interesting, the counter staff refused to offer any money back and the assistant manager would not even listen, so I demanded to see the Hotel Manager The Manager did appear and would not entertain our request for 2 nights refund, since I was booked for four nights.
I then handed the Assistant Manager my business card and all things changed.

And only then, charged for two nights.
I don't care who you are, even if you have booked a basic room, you as a Guest should be treated fairly.
Ramada, you need to review your practice to your Guests as excellence is the rule in Hospitality.

I booked this hotel because they used to serve halal food. Pretty dissapointed as no more halal food allocated. Will find different hotel for next trip.

The atmosphere is very good. It's pretty, shiny, decorated again.

Lovd our stay here, great friendly staff, rooms come with everything and breakfast next to river fantastic. The only thing was pillows to hard and pool cold apart from that nice. I would recommend the club sandwich by the pool best I've ever had.

This Hotel is famous with the local community for the well known Hong Kong Abolone Restaurant, Ah Yat, in this Hotel. The best Authentic Dim Sum in Thailand .

Come week days to enjoy 50%off for Lunch DimSum. Sunday is too crowded.

Good and nice place to stay. The location is not bad, eventhough is not right in the middle of the city but not too far for a taxi. BRT (sky train's transfer) is just right in front of the hotel. Very convenience.

Awesome place to stay at while in Bangkok, Asiatique village is next door, access to Saphan Taksin train station is by ferry, very serene and peaceful atmosphere of staying alongside the Chao Praya river. Very reasonable in terms of pricing too.

Nice greeting and immediate check in. Got a free upgrade to a suite on the 15th floor. Room big and spacious. Bathroom with shower and tub. Great view of the river and the city. In the evening the sight is spectacular. The hotel is really getting old. There is a lot to moderate. Breakfast is good. There is something of everything. Had a 3 night stay so breakfast was ok.

This is a beautiful hotel and we have enjoyed staying here very much. The breakfast buffet is right on the riverfront. It's a huge Buffet filled with all kinds of Thai Dishes as well as traditional breakfast dishes. The staff has been friendly and eager to help. They may not understand some English words, but we had absolutely no problem getting them to understand us. It is well situated to a number of things to see and do. We particularly have enjoyed the Asiatic Night Market which is just two blocks away. Lots of good shopping and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Food and staff Amazing. The rooms are nice but some with carpet . Floor 15 and 16 are VIP and newly renovated try to get there. You have boats straight from hotel dock to sky train evry 30 min . The marked is 5 min by foot witch was the most clean and cheapest we found being in Bangkok and of course at the corner where the exchange is you have the TUK TUK with the most wonderful driver

It is an extraordinary experience.. you can enjoy your delicious meal while the river flows beside you. The rooms are lavishly decorated and the view is spectacular.

This resort is amazing! I felt like royalty staying here. The staff will go out of their way to make sure that you are happy. I looked forward to the fresh fruit and tea every morning and the breakfast buffet had everything. I mean everything your heart would desire. It was outstanding! Over the top amazing. There is a glamorous pool and bar, just top-notch. Ohh! Don't let me forget the riverboat shuttles to each of the piers. I also walked to the night market every evening and if you don't want to walk you can take the free tuk-tuk. I can't wait to go back! Loved this place!

Beautiful room, impeccable service, has a boat / free shuttle to take guests to the general transportation station every half hour. Beautiful pool. Excellent breakfast buffet with a huge choice. Perfect for visiting Bangkok.

We stayed 3 nights in August 2014 and loved it.
The Hotel is really nice, clean, well decorated and well located at the edge of CHAO PRAYA RIVER. In addition, we take a boat shuttle, it's really beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We recommend this hotel to our relatives and friends and will come back on future trips.

Really nice place! Great service friendly staff! This hotel is a little dated but is currently being renovated a little at a time, however don't let that put you off, because the hotel makes sure the renovations don't interfere with normal activities. Situated right on the Chao Praya river the views are wonderful & as I said, staff are very accomodating. Price is quite reasonable & I feel deserving of the 5 stars I have given it. Well done Ramada Plaza.

If you have booked this hotel via HIS and have a late check-out option, you should check that you are really late check-out when you check in.

I was watching the posting on this bulletin board, so when I checked in, I confirmed that it was late check out at 16:00, and the answer was No!
After 12:00 check-out, I checked the voucher again and finally I was able to check out at 16:00. However, on the last day, ya, pa, ri, ne! When you return to the hotel after 15:00, the electronic key in the room is invalid and you have to go back to the first floor and unlock ...

It seems that there are many cases where the receptionist proceeds with the procedure without confirming the reservation details. (Would you like to say My Penra ?) When using this hotel, prepare two vouchers just in case, submit one at the time of reception, and leave the other one for reconfirmation. Recommended.

When I returned home, I used a taxi from the hotel to the airport. When I asked Bellboy for a taxi, the private taxi also stopped beside me, but I asked the driver to call another taxi (company) and go by meter. Good! ! Thank you for your response. I was able to go to the airport at a reasonable price.

The room felt a little old, but it was cleanly cleaned. Because the building is old, bath water overflowed around the toilet.

In the morning, you can have a pleasant breakfast on the terrace seats along the Chao Phraya River.

Finally, when there are many continental travelers as a privilege, you can see rare scenes such as Standing and Eating , Walking and Eating , and Taking Back Drink Bottles . Fortunately, if the next room becomes a continental person, you can also enjoy a free Chinese course (a sharp voice that penetrates the thick walls of the hotel room)

In bankok directly on the river, city easy to reach.

They was mistaken about my room which I booked 2 weeks in anvance. However, they were fixed by upgrading my room to a bigger one whice I like. Front of house staffs need a lot of traning. But staffs at ferry were very nice.
