Great hotel but for my taste a little dark in the preparations

The Ramada de Naples is a good 4 star hotel. It is well placed (near the central station). The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The breakfast is very good. And the staff is very attentive.
Unfortunately it is located in front of a very, very ... very noisy road and that poses a problem. Added to that, a ventilation system that is not individual ... I had heating while I wanted to cool the room ... it's a shame!

Bad experience at the Ramada, we arrived having a reservation for a Family room for 4 adults, we were given a triple room with an extra bed, I went to the reception staff who admitted that it was a triple adapted but that for the high turnout they had no other options and so I had to satisfy myself, wanting to understand their difficulties, the reception staff didn't understand my discomfort at all, offering even a minimum compensation for what happened.
The room in addition to having habitability for 3 people could be seen clearly from the displaced furniture (attached photos) which was badly adapted and also poorly cared for given the blackened walls and curtains and in some points covering peeling walls, as well as a partially attached sink (photos attached).
Cherry on the cake at the departure ticket for exit from the garage was not working, me if another was delivered telling me to throw to me what did not work.
In conclusion I leave the considerations to you if it can be a four-star.

Hotel very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. The restoration is of quality, in particular the rich and varied breakfast. The equipment offered in the room is correct. Only downside, a refresh is needed (wallpaper and paint) and the curtains are questionable. Well placed because not far from shops and the metro, this hotel deserves a 4 out of 5

Very Very noisy location. Room over looking rear of central station and facing main road. Three nights can't sleep too noisy. Nice breakfast room. Very dirty area.

They shifted our booking from Ramada to some Star hotel giving us free drinks . Our family room was changed to an executive room. We waitied for their response for more than an hour. Please don't come here for even a night stay bcz they will change the hotel to a low grade hotel.

We are suffering paying 135 euros for a night . Now they are giving us small room not worth 135 euro.

Very handy location next to train station and main roads into historic Naples. A good stopover as well going forward. Service is excellent and very friendly. Breakfast is very good! Rooms look a bit tired but well equipped and expected size.

Good hotel but not exceptional, in the conference rooms are absolutely to be restored, carpet to change, doors and chairs to change, lighting to be redone.

Excellent structure with trained staff, restaurant at the height, easily reachable by public transport, near the railway station and the highway. The only flaw is its location: in poorly frequented area at night.

Restaurant OK, my room I do not think it can be considered to be a 4 star hotel especially for the shower which is to be improved. The staff was very kind and professional.

Ramada hotel located near Piazza Garibaldi and the railway station, has ample parking, rooms have free WIFI, laundry service and inside there is a good restaurant with adjoining bar.
The rooms are not always up to the name of the chain, they would need to be modernized, the area around the hotel outside is quite degraded, the advantage is the proximity to the station.
The staff is kind.

TWO STEPS from everything! Located in the heart of Naples, just 100 meters from the central railway station and the subway, the Ramada Naples is the ideal hub from which to visit the city and its surroundings with ease.

The hotel came down very low. The furniture and the walls could be redone. The rooms are not cleaned properly. The bathroom was a disaster not even windows and the exhaust was not right. The window to open was small and when it opened the smoke of the smoker came in. Ordered to eat in the room one day, put the tablet outside, the next morning it was strewn with ants. Every morning there was always the same for breakfast, no change. The fresh fruit came out of the can. The air conditioning is not working properly.

Hotel in front of the station, would need a nice freshening up

A good middle class hotel with very attentive staff STRATEGIC very conveniently located. Main station and motorway connection directly in front of the hotel. This saves a lot of stress. The traffic in downtown Naples is incredibly dense! Attention! Do not book in the historic center of Naples. Navigation systems lead you through narrow pedestrian zones which are also closed off at 6 pm on weekends due to pedestrians!

Very nice hotel, with good location right next to the central station. The rooms are also quite neat it works better, but they are still good. The service is very friendly and nice. The food is very delicious and will be brought to you quickly. (I mean the restaurant if you ordered something)
