Clean hotel in a rough neighborhood. The building across the street is vacant and rather eerie. We stayed one night, as a place that was close to the downtown area of Naples and the airport. Naples as a whole was bad. The taxi drivers are basically criminals, always adding fees, etc. On our way to the airport, we we're quoted 25 Euro's, from the hotel van. We arrived to the airport and low and behold our driver demanded 35 Euro's. One last big F you from the people of Naples. Do yourself a favor, skip Naples altogether.

Very nice hotel that we stayed for two nights in this business trip. We very enjoyed breakfast. Although room and facilities are a little bit old especially for elevator^_^. But, this isn't a problem at our stay.

Very well located near Piazza Garibaldi. Good breakfast buffet with a lot of variety. The room was spacious with Kingsize bed. It has coffee maker and USB plug. It has a small touch panel to control the temperature and to obtain meteorological and tourist information. Good value for money.

The Ramada Naples hotel is an elegant four-star hotel located in the historic center of Naples, next to the Napoli Centrale railway station and a few minutes walk from the Duomo.

At this hotel you can stay in spacious rooms furnished in classic style. There are the main modern comforts to ensure maximum comfort: TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, desk and armchairs. The bathrooms are private and equipped with a bathrobe and complimentary toiletries.

The Ramada Naples hotel offers its guests various additional services, such as a panoramic terrace, private parking, meeting rooms for conferences, a computer station in the lobby and an airport shuttle service.

A sweet and savory buffet breakfast is offered, while the restaurant offers a menu of genuine recipes and a wide selection of fine wines. Drinks can be enjoyed at the bar.

Ramada Naples is 1.5 km from Piazza del Duomo, 3 km from the Galleria Umberto I and 4.4 km from Capodichino Airport.

Great location, junctions from the highway exit Napoli Centrale station and you find the hotel on the left, parking just before.
Metro, circumvesuviana, taxi, bus all at your doorstep.
The hotel offers a wonderful breakfast with many typical Neapolitan cakes.
Have a nice stay.

Central structure Behind the station. Unfortunately not up to the four exposed stars. Furnished rooms dated and poorly maintained. In my case low-cut angles against the wall, raised wallpaper and definitely not hygienic. The brass in the toilet does not hide the signs of age and wear. Nothing to say about cleanliness. I would recommend a complete makeover.

They sent us here to sleep for work. Always found good, never missed anything. Friendly and formal staff at the right point. Excellent restaurant in all its aspects (environment, menu, food quality and staff).

We arrived at about 4pm local time. I travel extensively for business so I had booked this hotel with reward points.
I had booked a larger room that had 3 beds in the Hope's of having a larger room.
The only saving grace for the room we were assigned was the bathroom. Good water pressure for the 5th floor, and what looked to be newer marble throughout.

The room was another story.....
The wallpaper was peeling off the walls with mold growing in the now-detatched areas...
Additionally, in other parts of the room, holes in the plaster were prevalent. (See attached photos)

We immediately asked for another room and were told that "is not possible". When I asked if the hotel was full, I was told there were no other clean rooms but to check back in the morning.....Not Acceptable....find a clean room or go clean one......

The next morning around 9am, there was no one at the front desk, so we went off to Pompeii as planned....at this point, after being rained on all day, all I wanted was a hot shower....we were checking out the next morning anyway....

Could I have made another fuss that afternoon and been moved?....probably, but I did not.

The location is next to a major train station, so I was not expecting the best part of town, but this hotel has so many issues already that I won't waste my time kicking them when they are down.

My overall review is a HUGE negative for both not having clean rooms available AND allowing a guest into our room in the first place.....

Nice people, very courteous and helpful. Breakfast is average. Nice coffee served by waitress. Rooms are very, very worn, dark and old... but generally clean. My room was facing the opposite building, so I wasn t bothered much by the busy main road. It s time for a massive renovation there, Ramada! One night only -hotel!
