Staff were helpful, competent and friendly. Fairly clean but room (207) noisy probably problem with windows. Tents of the last century to collect dust. Bathroom door damaged by moisture.

We stayed at the Ramada to attend a course held in the large conference center. The staff was impeccable, very prepared and available for any need. The decor of the rooms and the toilets are a little 'vintage and with all the comforts. It is 2 steps from the station so convenient to visit the fascinating Naples. Very good and varied breakfast, from puff up with great coffee to eggs with bacon and centrifuged.

Hotel needs carpet replacement throughout, decent sized rooms clean bathrooms, comfortable beds. The window in room 611 with Venetian blind inside the glass closed, due to the lack of the "broken" sliding system you cannot see outside, I was informed at the reception, every day I am told we will take care of it, so it was, it remained, 5 days.

A disaster, it rained from the ceiling!
Room on the sixth floor, it rained in me, at 4 am. But not from the window (which was closed), from the ceiling! Obvious signs of wear and infiltrations previously, as confirmed at the reception they knew very well that that room has already had problems in the past ... plus: no soap, no hot water in the shower in the morning, they blocked me at breakfast saying that I hadn't paid for it, but yes ... well, what can I say? Not even discount on the price, I paid full price, over 140 euros.
