We reserved a party at Rainbow Party Room for my son s 4th birthday. Unfortunately, Hurricane Dorian was scheduled to arrive the same day. I called several days before and spoke with Amy who assured me that if we wanted to change the date, she would be happy to accommodate. Luckily for us we were able to have the party as scheduled, but it gave us great peace of mind to know that if we needed to postpone the party we could without any penalty. The party was such fun and a great way to spend a rainy afternoon! Highly recommend the facility and the customer service!
