How very disappointed I am with this distributor. I bought a Rainbow system for my son 16 years ago from this company in Raleigh and had no problems with their service and maintenance department In the past. I have my rainbow play set regularly serviced every few years so to keep the set in good order. I pay for this service no problem. I call today to schedule my service and I was told by the very rude and unhelpful lady that they are no longer doing service on the play sets you buy from them because they are booked up until the Fall with NEW INSTALLS. I was told I should do it myself. Oh that s nice. So glad your business is doing so well with new sales that y all can t be bothered with your prior loyal customers who bought your rainbow sets in the past. Nice. Real nice. Good to know where your priorities stand. Buyer beware.
