Management here are following government policy i.e. "By the people, for the people, to the people". I never hesitated to meet any manager or higher authority person as they are so humble and just like us (CM - common man).
I feel like home when I reach office. Impossible/Not working/Can't reach deadline/Poor quality/Dictatorship/Sheep strategy(one follows other) are not in the dictionary of RADIX.
HR here are very co-operative and always there when we need helping hands. Colleagues here are the best people I have ever met. Team leaders are like standing with you in every problems, never put you down or make fun or curse your less abilities but give you strength to grow and polish the skills.

I had worked in Radixweb From may'19 to Nov'19 in Network Department of Radixweb. Radixweb is Good Company. All Staff and Employees are Good. But in Which Department i was working they all Seniors are totally Careless towards Junior. As senior Position i suggested Some points Regarding Network Improvement to my HOD, but they were fired me on the same day.
1. They didn't give Required Supportive Hardware Parts to Our team for Repairing Purpose.
2.They are not Providing Internet Facility for Learning New Things to Team.
3. many Times mailed to Senior, but no one responded me for Some Learning Session.
If Any one want to Join Radixweb it's good Opportunity, but If you join radixweb in Network Department, Think Twice. You may Loss Your Current Job.

After First round Hr told second round will be F2F but,due to lock down now not possible you have to wait some time after 1 month take 2 round.all round cleared,but in last told you are not fit our criteria. already know you exception of candidate before the first round why you are playing with candidate feelings.i hope give me to positive response from the owner.
