I am working with Radixweb for 7.5 years now. They really value their employees. Superior work culture. Theres no looking back for the hard working and talented employees. I strongly recommend Radixweb to freshers as well as experienced employees.

Its a great place where I was able to learn and apply what I learned towards my job. They made me capable what I am today and yes radixweb is my first company and it will always remain special to me. I heartily wish company will get many more successes in the future. It been a pleasure and pride for me to work here more than 8 years. I really appreciate the time that I spent with all of you, on both a professional and personal level as a family. It was an honor for me to worked in such an fantastic organization and a magnificent team. i heartily wish the best of luck to my team. I am leaving from here with all happy memories. :-)

I am working with Radixweb for 3.5 years now and I would say It's Best IT Company In Ahmadabad with Great leaders from whom you can learn a lot. Best Work Culture with Work-life balance. 6 days a week company. I strongly recommend RADIXWEB for all freshers as well as
experienced professionals.

I am glad to be Radixian, I joined here with minimal work experience but this company gives me confidence to work more focused, smarter and to think beyond the limits.

Management here are following government policy i.e. "By the people, for the people, to the people". I never hesitated to meet any manager or higher authority person as they are so humble and just like us (CM - common man).

I feel like home when I reach office. Impossible/Not working/Can't reach deadline/Poor quality/Dictatorship/Sheep strategy(one follows other) are not in the dictionary of RADIX.

HR here are very co-operative and always there when we need helping hands. Colleagues here are the best people I have ever met. Team leaders are like standing with you in every problems, never put you down or make fun or curse your less abilities but give you strength to grow and polish the skills.

Most important part is celebrations: I love every celebrations let it be Diwali party, Christmas week celebration, Holi sweets and most importantly our Confab (Foundation day!!)
We use to rock on that day. Just like stage is yours pour your heart and express the feeling of happiness.

This time because of CORONA we are not able to celebrate grand party on our 20th anniversary. So by maintaining social distance and taking benefit of media I want to say that "We are RADIXIAN and we always ROCKS!!"

worst company of Ahmedabad, hr is stupid , they dont know how to communicate well, they talk like a chai wala, there is lot politics, worst infrastructure, they ask employee to fill all the positive reviews, dont trust the positive feedback here. worst hr policy.

I had worked in Radixweb From may'19 to Nov'19 in Network Department of Radixweb. Radixweb is Good Company. All Staff and Employees are Good. But in Which Department i was working they all Seniors are totally Careless towards Junior. As senior Position i suggested Some points Regarding Network Improvement to my HOD, but they were fired me on the same day.
1. They didn't give Required Supportive Hardware Parts to Our team for Repairing Purpose.
2.They are not Providing Internet Facility for Learning New Things to Team.
3. many Times mailed to Senior, but no one responded me for Some Learning Session.

If Any one want to Join Radixweb it's good Opportunity, but If you join radixweb in Network Department, Think Twice. You may Loss Your Current Job.

Pros:
Nice company to start a career with as far as training is concerned.
Recommended for Software development fields.

Cons:
Contract system for minimum stay.
2nd and 4th saturday working.

After First round Hr told second round will be F2F but,due to lock down now not possible you have to wait some time after 1 month take 2 round.all round cleared,but in last told you are not fit our criteria. already know you exception of candidate before the first round why you are playing with candidate feelings.i hope give me to positive response from the owner.
