I liked everything except the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. Low water pressure for women who have long hair that is difficult to wash and an electrical outlet in the bathroom was out, dangerous! We had problems when entering the room, they changed it about 3 times because they did not give us what we had really asked for. The rest all very well

Rooms are fine. What you would expect honestly and the service is fine too. Relatively convenient to public transport and to the rest of the city. Two reasons for the five stars. By far the best breakfast buffet I ve had anywhere. Fresh, local, organic, lots of choice...I particularly enjoyed the fish options, yum! The other reason is the urinal in men s restroom on the 21st floor. Pretty fun taking a leak while staring across the beautiful city :).

Quite place with nice surrounding and a bus directly connected to airport right in front of it in every 15minutes. Very nice staff and good staff. Vegan burger in the hotel restaurant is awesome.

The hotel looked appealing at first glance. The staff was mostly friendly. However, during the week we were in the hotel, not even the room was vacuumed let alone the bathroom cleaned. The playroom for the children is like a storage room. The fitness room shines with defective equipment. The only good thing about the hotel was the breakfast buffet and the service staff who worked there.
The parking situation is the purest nightmare. You can only pay with credit card or change. We were always just about to change the crowns there in the hotel for small change. Although they hardly got any benefit from it. Parking costs the equivalent of 40 euros per day. The hotel has nothing to do with the parking garage, although you can get from the hotel to the parking garage. They know about this problem at the reception. When asked if you can park somewhere else, there was no answer. In my opinion, the hotel works together with the operator of the parking garage (Q-Park). Earn stupidly and stupidly from the tourists. Just google Q-Park. We ended up breaking off our long-saved vacation and drove home. At home we then added up all the parking tickets and came up with a total of 600 euros. Paid only for parking on vacation.

Sincere warmth and interest!

Sincere warmth and interest!

I am in hotels from time to time, both expensive and average. I often read reviews that give a little plus for yours and a little move for that. (Remember you can not expect things to be like new!)

I would rather highlight the service and consideration of employees at Radisson Blu Scandinavia as top notch. Everything from telephone inquiries, check-in (early) and check-out (late) room service. They realized that a 10-year-old we had with had been ill and had suggestions in connection with it, asked the day after how it went, were solution-oriented, personal and warm, We had a little "chat" with one and the other of the employees.

The good feeling after the warm and caring employees still lingers after coming home - We got the "home feeling" that Hotel Stordalen talks about in the media. But you can not buy it for money - it comes from satisfied employees and from guests who care a little about the service provider - if you give a little of yourself, maybe try some words in another language or just How are you - it can open up a small conversation without it becoming unprofessional

Working in a hotel can be hectic, but here we experienced real interest in the guests and it is clear that we will return !! Ps. the room was clean, large, everything was in place and there was nothing to pull for. Delicious and rich breakfast.

I think when this hotel was opened it was probably state-of-the-art although nowadays it is starting to get a bit rough around the edges. I really don't like the bar at the top of the building as it is getting really tatty.
The breakfast is standard Scandinavian

The bar is on the top floor, and features a nice view of the city and the castle gardens. The drinks were good, and the bartender/staff was kind and helpful. The guests were, as you can imagine multicultural, and reflects that this is, indeed a hotel

Very cool Hotel with probaly the fastest Elevator I have seen and used in my life. Lobby is designed very inviting and warm, with rooms that aren t the newest (atleast ours wasnt) On the plus side the room had a impressive balcony, the breakfast was very tasty and also looked quite fresh. Besides that there was a small shop inside the Hotel, Swimming area behind the fitness area. Pool is pretty small, if there are other people, it could get narrow.

Oh yeah, and the beer costs so much, I was shocked! But it was great! (no affect in review)

A very large hotel that has everything that you can expect from a modern hotel. We stayed there because you can rent a Hertz car in the vicinity. The restaurant on the top floor where you can see the skyline is closed on Sundays which we found a pity.

Nice Hotel, family room is very conformable, everything is clean and people are friendly. One star less as the pool area is not very fancy. Also it way 30 degrees, preferred not going there. Very close to the city, the castle and the harbour!

Fantastic hotel!

Fantastic hotel!
We were lucky enough to be allocated a business class room, instead of the standard room we were supposed to have.
The view from the 22nd floor was magical !!
The room was quite worn, but with such a view it means nothing!

The night we arrived we chose to eat in the hotel restaurant, which was very cozy.
The waitress was wonderful and very professional and polite.

The food was ABSOLUTELY amazing! We chose a composite 3 course, which consisted of fish soup, tenderloin and chocolate shells.
I had been told that my tenderloin had to be cooked through.
When another waiter arrived with the tenderloins, our waitress immediately discovered that mine was medium fried. Thus, the tenderloin was immediately sent back to the kitchen!
AMAZING that I as a guest do not have to complain myself!

The bar on the 21st floor was also absolutely amazing! Fantastic interior, with magical views and great atmosphere!

The breakfast buffet had a huge selection and tasted great!
The people who worked there were fast, professional and structured!

If we return to Oslo, this hotel will without a doubt be the first choice!

Great hotel with great views over the city. The bar on the top floor also has very views, but a bit weird with little stools sitting on the window completely. The hotel is approx. 7 minutes walking distance from Nationaltheateret station and is central enough, although it is not of the most central hotels in Oslo. The breakfast is very good with a lot of different food to choose from. Clean both in the rooms and otherwise. Due to the large window facing south and some sun, the room became quite warm and the AC struggled to keep the temperature down, even though this visit was in mid-March.

I have stayed at this hotel over 30 times in the last 4 years. The hotel is in a great location close to trains and buses, decent gym with sauna, pool and a brilliant breakfast with a lot of options. Rooftop bar has great views overlooking Oslo. Rooms are nice albeit slightly small by Radissons typical standard. Staff after friendly and pay attention to the little things

My stay was really nice, I was on the 21st floor next to the Summit bar but far enough from the noise.
The view was incredible, the room service brilliant and the 2 ladies at the reception extremely helpful when I needed help.
Breakfast very busy from 9am, but with lots of food choices and plenty of tables.
I was there on business trip and had an event at the hotel, it was lovely and really a nice touch to find a welcome note and fresh fruits in the room.
