Radisson SAS Plaza Hotel Review

Staff was very friendly, breakfast was great and rooms were very clean. Such a great place to call home base for a few days on business.

Excelent room and superb breakfast. Very well located to walk around downtown. The bus terminal and express train to Oslo airport are next door.

The hotel has great nice rooms with good beds. A sense of luxury from entering the main entrance to traveling again. Good view of the city from the room window. Nice Irish pub with entrance from the reception area and also a more fancy bar on the top floor with extremely good views.

Excellent location in the middle of Oslo, easy access to the hotel from the central station where you arrive from the airport by the Airport Express train. The hotel is quite a good one and if you are lucky you might get a room high up with an amazing view of the city itself. The hotel is however a bit expensive compared to some other hotels in Oslo.

Nice and clean hotel. Very busy during breakfasts. Only one lift out of 4 worked during my visit. Quite small fitness room for this size of hotel.

Big and tidy rooms, very spacious. Love the stressless chair and the integrated chromecast functionality. We ordered a regular room, and got upgraded to superior free of charge. Will chose this hotel again the next time we go to Oslo.

TOP location, from the central station and bus station (airport bus) about 3 minutes away. Very friendly reception at the reception. Rooms are modern in style, very large bathroom and we had a great view of the barcode houses. Breakfast was ok.

The Hotel is situated in one of Oslos open drug markets and can be dangerous at night. Better go for the SAS hotel or
the Grand Hotel.

My experience with the Radisson in Oslo was unforgettable! First the breakfast was incredible. Next the location was unmatched. Lastly they were doing construction while we were staying there but Jan from concierge was extremely helpful in fulfilling our requests due to this inconveince. Jan provided customer service like no other hotel I have ever stayed at. Thank you Jan!!!

Good hotel, in the midst of refurbishment, clean, good sized rooms. Food options were ok, there's a shopping centre nearby but the in hotel restaurants were just ok. Didn't try the pool, but the sauna is nice. Gym is way up in the tip top of the building, so oddly triangular shaped but equipment was sufficient Overall I'd recommend it, but not the best in the area

Well located, terrace with views, room very well. The spectacular breakfast. Next to the central station.

Great room and great food. Long wait in connection with lift up and down. The garbage in the bathroom was not emptied and there was garbage in it that should not stand on a warm bathroom floor. The garbage was left in the bathroom all evening. Had to call 2 times before it was picked up.

Super convenient location directly connected to the main train station, modern great hotel. Business room on the 28th floor was terrific.

Attended a social event. The food was good, the service nice. The evening was a good experience.

Nice hotel across the street from the "Oslo S" Central Train Station with a connecting pedestrian bridge above the main road. It's easy even with luggage because of the ramps which are alongside the stairs. The hotel is also within a 5 minute walk of the Oslo Spektrum concert hall.

The room was nicely furnished, clean, and up-to-date. The lobby is large, and the front desk staff were quite helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good too.

The breakfast buffet tastes so, the room waits too long. But the room is nice to use

Bed is crazy comfortable, breakfast area is a little hard to overview but absolutely on par with Radisson standard. I'm pulling a star because the elevators and lights in the room are confusing. As a business traveler I need predictability and to be able to switch lights off easily without pulling the electricity.

Had the chance to stay in both a standard & business room. The standard room is actually better if you prefer a bathtub. The business room has an amazing view especially in this season. What about breakfast?? What a super choice!! The best way to start you day ever. Well done.

If you have a room upstairs, the panorama is unique and makes up for the fact that the hotel is not the youngest anymore. However, it is currently being renovated, so I assume that it will soon be better to rate. From the renovation you get nothing. The breakfast is rich and it lacks almost nothing, if you can order without problems. The breakfast flair, however, owed to the big house, mass processing. The hotel is perfectly located at the train station with a strategic starting point. The room rates are typical and appropriate, cheap it is of course not.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff is excellent which made me raise my rating.
The hotel is right near the train station so getting anywhere is easy. There is plenty to do and eat within walking distance.
There is a skybar that has great views and decent drinks. It's always crowded but service is still decent.

The rooms are ok, possibly poor. The beds are uncomfortable and there are no sheets. The pillows are basically non existent. Last time I was there I stuffed the pillow cases with clothes.
The bathroom is odd. The shower takes a few minutes to figure out. It's one of the curtain-less showers with 1/2 of the tub covered by glass. Oh, but for some reason the glass swings, although it doesn't look like it. So each time I have gone, there is always a moment of surprise as I lean on it.
The lighting is weird and there is always 1 light I can't figure out.

Its not the same levrl of quality and service as Marriott

Excellent! The bar on the 34th floor has a wonderful view of Oslo .. Definitely go down with the panoramic glass exterior elevator. first-class

Lightning fast lift. Stayed in 15 o'clock .. great views down the railway. Like a stone. Good breakfast. Could have been a bit coarser bread and better selection there. But certainly. A great hotwll with nice location and walking distance to everything. No sour mines. Was on a scar. And had to run back into the hotel with my camera when I didn't get you into this scar. Instead of stressing up in the room, I had to lock the camera into the safe in the reception. Enjoy service .. absolutely nothing to complain about.

Good place to stay in Oslo. You can see the age of the hotel in the bathroom. Beside of that fact all looks good for my 9 hours stay at the Radisson Blu.

Fantastic great hotel, good location and good qualities

The rooms have little charm but are fine. The view and the location there is nothing to say, but of course you pay as well. Can read about someone who complains about purity - this I cannot understand. The staff is the hotel's crown jewel, at least for my experience!

Radission should train Best Western. Radisson Blu is Top service, great beds, locations and breakfasts. Cant fault

The rooms are all good. A few of the Nordic countries offer complete bath products.

The hotel is great but the housekeeping was somewhat grubby. Breakfast has a limited selection. Gets much on location and views.
