This is very well maintained hotel with nice rooms, previously it was 5 star hotel but somehow now beace 4 star.

Fast check inn , valet parking service , superb breakfast with alot of options available , helpful staff at resturant , life guard by swimming pool treating gustes in rude way ,staff at health club not cooperative ,ignoring gustes as if they are not existing

This is quite possibly the oldest 5 star hotel in Dubai! Its has some of the best F&B outlets in Dubai, of which the Pub is the oldest and also the very first pub in Dubai. They also used to have Dubai's first Disco which is now the Fish-market which was also a first when it opened. Yes, its a hotel of firsts! The boulevard used to be a favorite for friday morning breakfast.

Beautiful rooms, nice view and mind blowing staff. Hamid at the front desk is superb.

The hotel is a modern, classy, calm and comfortable hotel. All the facilities are excellent and the service is professional but the small lobby is not up to the standard of the Radisson Blu Hotel.

One of the oldest hotels in Dubai still standing tall. Rooms are excellent and spacious, food is really good. The staff are friendly and always smiling. If you get a chance to stay here dont pass the opportunity.

Hi i stayed in your hotel for 7 days in Jan'18. Would like to quote that our stay was awesome. it was the best hotel experience we ever had. the hotel staff was really warm and friendly. The breakfast buffet was the best in class. the service is really worth remembering. We had a memorable time !!!

we really enjoyed our stay in radisson blu hotell in deira. the veiw was great, loction was prefect for me and my familys needs. the pool and fitness room or gym were great. And our house keeper Nawa that took care of our room 301 was great, he was polite, respectful and he was very understanding and did his best to care of our needs, to the best of his ability. Looking forward to my next stay, you desvere a 5 star.

We spent New Year's eve here. The food was so-so and very disorganized. They even had tables close to the speaker and no proper viewing deck for fireworks. It was themed party but the decoration was very tacky, such an unpleasant surprise for a 5 star hotel.

On normal days, they have really good restaurants. They probably just need to be more prepared for a crowd next time.

Nice place with a view of Creek. Hotel is surrounded by shops of different types and there is a big parking area in front of hotel. The hotel room rates are a bit high.

This hotel is definitely worth the price! Everything is luxurious! The rooms are excellent, extremely clean, the beds are very comfortable and you have a gorgeous view to the canal. Moreover, all the food is fantastic! Cuisines from all over the world, satisfying every client. The meals were so delicious, the restaurant was even better than those from the city centre! Finally, the staff is incredibly kind and professional. I loved it!

Surely a 5 star property. It's #the place to host weddings in their ball rooms (The Zabeel Ball room and the Plaza Ballroom). One can enjoy Dubai's #panoramic views from the #20th floor. Arabic, Indian and Continental cuisine, including both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, will delight one and all.

Decent 5 star property in the heart of Deira. More of business and conference hotel. Parking can be a challenge. The coffee shop at the lounge can be good for short meetinfs for two or three people. Very close to gold souk and spice market and Naif souk
