Beautiful location great friendly staff . Hotel has lots of options for traveller. If u need something ask there staff they will make it possible. Worth staying

Hotel is good, clean and quite. Good prices, friendly staff, good breakfast with lot of choices.
Really bad point for a business visitor: Wifi sucks, really slow everywhere all days of my stay.

I was upset from a 2-hour iftar delivey delay and bad quality Persian food. Their team contacted me 2 days later with an apology, a replacement Arabic cuisine meal and an invitation to avail their culinary services on site over the Eid. The food they sent was WORLDS better and the delivery was on time.

Budget friendly hotel but should increase their service.

This the first five star hotel in Dubai. It is still holding up with elegance and classic fell. It is also still feels up class. I love this place and it grows on you overtime as you visit from time to time.

Fish Market, good fresh fishes, peroni draft, or great wines... liked them all, and excellent service by the staff. Other than they just forgetting to inform us the discount available on our credit card.

I can't remember now if this was a 5stars hotel or 4stars anyways it's very clean and my room also have a balcony. The room is not as roomie as it looks on the website. Some sockets were not working and I must stay they have really managed the space. The location is very prime and area is pleasant for tourist. I can't say much cos I spent only one night, maybe another stay will say more...till then it's kinda value for money.

Nice, cozy and comfortable place to stay with your family. Rooms have beautiful creek facing view. Pleasant and helpful staff.

During our stay it was very good. Despite reconstruction. Staff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately a little German speaking.

Very good value for money and location is very close to commercial places like Deira, Baniyas square, Gold souq, main market etc

First Visit To Dubai

Stayed in the Radisson Blu @ Deira as next door to where I was working.

Where do I start...
From arriving at the hotel entrance to be greeted by the friendliest of staff, they parked the car, took my luggage and took me to reception.

Was greeted by Mohamed who quickly helped me with everything I needed for my early arrival and first visit to Dubai.

The hotel is spotlessly clean and well looked after.
An abundance of restaurants ( The Pub on Level 2 being My obvious favourite)

My Room was modern and cleaned to perfection each day.

Nobody was ever too busy to help or just have a quick chat.
For a lone traveller this can make all the difference.
Nothing was too much trouble for anyone.

Food was excellent and the breakfast choice was superb.

Hope to come back soon for another relaxing stay at your hotel.

We went to Radisson Blu for lunch. Food was okay. Valet parking had long line. Pretty big hotel.

This hotel is in the right location at the heart of "Core Dubai"
How to reach : it is just close to Highway ,Dubai Metro (Union station in Red line and Baniyas Square station in Green Line) , Airport and Water Metro / Abra Station .
Location : opposite to Union metro station and just close to Dubai Municipality. This hotel facing the beautiful water canal.

I have been visiting this hotel since it was with Intercontinental hotel brand. It has been same for over a decade now.

Location is best with its unique natural beauty. Less option in food for pure vegetarian.

Great hotel and very reasonably priced. Breakfast was excellent and the pool and outdoor facilities look great, though the weather during my stay didn't do them justice!

Amazingly kind and helpful staff...Extremely respectful and considerate.. they got a wheelchair for my elderly mother and helped her get into the cab on our way out

Great hotel next to the creek. We took a club room which gave us a Nespresso machine and small terrace, as well as access to their lounge. Really enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet!

Horrible service they are the worst when helping customers. The rooms are clean and location is great.

Generally very good, super comfortable bed, staff very pleasant and helpful. Wonderful view over Dubai Creek with a great view of the sunset. TV system perfect HD.
The reason it is 4 stars only is we went outside at 7pm to where the taxis were marshalled in and out. Informed the concierge that we wanted a taxi and asked how long it would take. The unexpected answer was that "he had no idea, it was very busy as it was Thursday evening".

We eventually got one but arrived a bit late for our event, it was only a 15 minute ride.
Obviously I asked if he could call a taxi but received the immediate answer "they are all busy".
At check out the next day I mentioned this to the member of staff at the desk.
His answer was "oh yes it gets very busy at certain times". Immediately I offered a possible solution that it may be an idea to pre-warn guests at check-in that at certain times as listed on the TV hotel information page that guests needed to allow at least 45 minutes to get a taxi. This information should be added to the TV system by the hotel management.

Don't know why but I feel low when ever I go here..

Amazing set up for Ramadan buffet every single penny spent is worth

Visited in early April 2019 for 2 days. Hotel is by and large OK ... Nice rooms overlooking Burj Khalifa ...
Not so nice: in the hotel bar lurk many purchasers who go quite aggressively on men who just want to drink a beer ...

We had great events at their function hall with huge crowd

It is ok, rooms are quite small but quiet and clean, location and breakfast are very good.

Fantastic stay at the Radisson Blu Deira Creek. They got great views and the property is quite large. There is a large variety of restaurants available that fits every guest's taste buds.

Service from the front desk to the house keeping team are all excellent. They are able to help with everything you request.

The deluxe suite we stayed in was just amazing. It was one of the largest spaces I've stayed in at a hotel and everything is meticulously clean.

A quiet and clean hotel from the most beautiful hotels in Dubai

Good location, excellent amenities, housekeeping however is not very regular and rooms are cleaned very late in the day, I stayed here 3 nights and the room was cleaned after 6 pm on 2 occasions.

The wonderful receptionist Mohammed is a gentleman and always smiling on his face

This is quite an old hotel and it is not particularly nice looking on the outside. The reception area is pleasant enough.
Our room was fairly spacious and pleasantly decorated and furnished. The bed was large and very comfortable. We had a small balcony that we could use, though the view was not very good.
Breakfast was served in the restaurant adjacent to the reception. We had to queue most mornings. The restaurant was inadequate in size and the tables and chairs were crammed together. Once seated, it was difficult to get service for tea, coffee, cutlery... The selection of food in the buffet was good and eggs could be made to order. I also discovered that it was possible to get a specialty coffee, if you could find someone to serve you.
To finish on a more positive note, we enjoyed the outdoor pool where we were given towels and could buy drinks.
We are about to return to Dubai, but we will be staying elsewhere. There is an amazing selection of hotels to choose from and the Radisson Blu does not meet expectations for its rating or prices.

A good place with average food a nice place for a stay as it has few shopping outlets and restaurants inside it. If you think you want very fast free WiFi then it's not the best place to go

Excellent location. Spacious hotel with a number of very nice restaurants. Pleasing staff provide outstanding service and afternoon tea in the lobby area.
