Great food for Iftar but can be very busy. Overall food and choice was lush

Favourite place to stay when passing through Dubai

There were several restaurants where the buffet was ordinary and traditional

Ardo nice quiet and peaceful and a cheap hotel I recommend

Efficient, clean, good for a short overnight stay, (when you can't get a booking at the Park Hyatt or the Ritz Carlton)

Nice place for living chilling and best dishes for all tim breakfast lunch and dinner very enjoyable environment

Magnificent view of creek from Hotel. Ample parking and luxurious rooms. One cannot miss it while passing by. Great ambience.

Iftar, we had to walk up and down and around to get some food. There had to be food servers to maintain hygiene people were picking food with their hands.

The hotel is excellent, beautiful, very clean, quiet and overlooks the Dubai Creek directly with great honesty

This hotel may be old and rooms a little on the small side but it offers so many things that matter to us...friendly staff, quality dining, clean and well kept rooms, plus a location that we feel is fantastic! Would recommend to mature travelers who are budget minded but don't mind indulging on good dining.

Oldest 5 star hotel of Dubai. Still a very nice hotel with dining outlets.

Absolutely unacceptable.
Very bad Ramadan Iftar experience, we made reservation for the Fish Market restaurant and when we reached it was a shock!! No table booked for us. The 5 restaurants and the meeting room are all opened to each other to accommodate more guests, random seating anywhere, the buffet scattered everywhere 5 to 10 minutes walking from the table offered. We were offered tables near the walls and no attention made as we were only 2. No standard guest relation, very bad service from the waiters. Poor food choices specially the BBQ area is placed outside. No hygienic atmosphere, no chef at their stations we felt the food is exposed.
Not to mention the whole service didn't feel like worth 3 stars and they charge AED 199/ person.
Wenr to get food and the table was given to someone else, we literally found our cutlery used and the table left dirty!!
The waiter actually told us to come after Ramadan and it is messy today!!!
Would not recommend to anyone and will never go back to the hotel.

Helal Jamil Hotel is located near the Naif market opposite the ferry and El Bahar

We were invited to an excellent iftaar last June. It was worth the money and had variety of cuisine. Don't forget to take ur ENBD credit card.

A nice four star hotel near Dubai creek. Nice and quite rooms and if you are lucky the view from the balcony is very nice. Nice and friendly staff. I enjoyed the stay even so it was for one night only.

Never been into the rooms but hotel lobby and ground floor shows how old and tired the decor is. Need immediate remodel. Also location is in crowded area that has traffic jam of 10-15 mins to reach so unless you have nearby business, it's not recommended to stay here!

Ambiance is good, however staff is not friendly. Valet service people are not helpful at all.

Swimming pool still closed, it seams like for years now...

We've spend an afternoon at the pool, due to constructions at our hotel. It was very loud up there, due to some machines (A.C. or so?) and car noises. Can't say much about the rest. It was okay for a couple of hours.

It's a fantastic place to be there at any business or vacation trip to Dubai. As excellent welcoming reception , assistance
and services which is clean and luxury.

Good looking hotel this. It has a good old vibe to it. The washrooms in the hotel have the age old taps. Its something nice because i havent seen such in a long time.

I came to the Plaza Ballroom for a wedding event. The event was well organised and the view was fantastic of the creek.

There is a small issue with parking as it takes time to be driven back by the valet, but the valet does provide the option where we can collect our cars by ourselves, which is brilliant as it reduces the time taken!

All in all good hotel.

Nice place with vibrant views of the Dubai Creek. Dining here was a pleasant experience.
