Good hotel but very far from the restaurants. Using the airport shuttle you can have some conections with the cosmotilan live. The closest restaurant is @ 1.7 km and it is a very nice italian restaurant with good food.

Great Hotel with an excellent service, i had to cancel a booking only for Thursday, and it was no Problem and has been solved for free, even if it was nearly 8pm in the evening at the day of reservation.
Clean Rooms, friendly good service, i would come back.

The only thing was that the spa on weekends only is opened 9:30 till 2pm and this is to short, especially, if you had a long day in Amsterdam by rain ;-) please think about it

The receptionist was super rude to us and others. We were told to stay there because of the flight cancellation. one of the receptionist said "we have no room, go back to schiphol" when we arrived there. I had plans to stay other Radisson next months but I cancelled them all from this experience.

Lovely hotel. Aalsmeer village is nearby with lots of restaurants anf supermarkets. Not far from the airport.

The hotel itself is not too new, but the room is clean, the staff at the counter is warm and intimate, only about 15 minutes drive from the airport, there is a shuttle bus to take, it is a great choice for transit accommodation

Very nice hotel
Close to the airport, about 15 min driving time (the hotel has shuttles every 40 minutes)
We arrived to the hotel earlier then expected
And got charged at the desk for early check in fee
Once we got in the room it was amazing new modern room with big flat tv that has chrome cast
The shower wasn t clean and the staff came to the room and clean it
They took off the early check in fee as a gesture of good gesture because the bath was dirty
Overall fee about the place was very good
Highly recommend
(There s no swimming pool of jacuzzi in the place)

The friendliest staff ever. If you need or want to know something, someone will immediately take care of you and help.
Especially the manager Mrs. Hansen is so incredibly nice and courteous!
There is a shuttle service to and from the airport and it is only 25 minutes to the beach and about 20 minutes to Amsterdam!
If you book there, ask for Ms. Hansen and send greetings from Mr. Goedecke, it will be worth it

Hotel was fine. Has a free shuttle bus that runs to airport. There is nothing within walking distance if you don't want to eat hotel food. So you need to go back to airport.

Very nice hotel, bed was incredibly comfortable and staff very helpful.

Shower was very poor, with water constantly going very cold then very hot mid shower. Heater was poor and did almost nothing to the room. There was 1 broken iron in the room and one seemingly working one, however the latter tripped the electrics when used. Work currently being done on the hotel meant that we were woken on our first morning (valentines day) by the sound of drills next door.

Getting too and from Amsterdam centre was a bit of a trek, with a free shuttle every 40 mins to the airport then a train to the centre.

Luxurious hotel, impeccable furnishings and services, excellent restaurant service and friendly staff.

Wonderful room fully equipped. Chromecasting to the TV makes it even better to stay in the room. Also nice viewpoint at Schiphol on the eighth floor.

Quality guarantee - services perfect, strategic location about 10 min from the airport, shuttlebus runs (disadvantage of long intervals 40 min)

The hotel itself is pretty basic. But the exceptional staff is what makes this hotel so much better. The food is quite good too.

Room with a great view of the runway, seeing planes from very close. Unfortunately we had a room that was very hot, we did get a fan at the reception, but it was still uncomfortably warm (in the winter it was). Rooms are spacious and clean. Food in restaurant very expensive and few.

Nice hotel with clean rooms but very expensive food in restaurant. 7.50 euro for bottle of mineral water...

Too many dogs. Very disappointed for a Radisson hotel. Won't be staying there again. Dog poo and urine stink on the elevator and newly renovated floor.
The reception staff Omar was amazing so was the manager who tried to make our stay comfortable and the punctual shuttle driver . But my experience overall was not a memorable one.

A great hotel and so warm people and there is a shuttle bus to the airport every 20 mins.
But it is so far from the city central

We feel that the hotel is aging: bath, shower curtain, irons breakage.

Restaurant was the best thing about this hotel. Kind of expensive though. 50 something euro for a stake and an appetizer + a tea. Hotels location is kinda bad. Bit far away from the airport. You need to wait for the hotel shuttle. The taxis that the reception can call for you end up costing more than the average taxi ( and much more than Uber ). Gym is too small. No spa. Breakfast is ok. Service seems ok. Better stay at the Hilton if it's not full or they didnt raise the prices through the roof.

Tired and in need of a face lift. Not worth the inflated price. Patched and peeling wallpaper, dusty corners - only booked because my flight was cancelled. Will avoid in future.

When we arrived, the unfriendly lady at the front desk read from her PC that my husband reserved for only 1 instead of 4 people. My husband tried to explain to her that he had booked through HRS for 4 people and showed her on her mobile the confirmation of the booking. She said that she can not accept that because her PC does not record 4 but 1 person. Then he phoned HRS, who then called her at the reception, after which she disappeared behind the reception desk into the office 20 minutes later. Then finally her colleague came and gave us instead of our normal double room a suite. And apologizes for the wait. For me, the waiting with 2 children was just exhausting and pointless. Possibly, the hotel should make sure that the staff who speak with guests at least understand and speak good English. The lady who served us could not do that, and that was the reason she did not understand us correctly. The suite and bathroom were of course very pleasant. Nevertheless, this service is not appropriate for a hotel like Radisson.

Nice luxury rooms with nice bathroom. Friendly employees. However, the hotel shuttle only runs once every 40 minutes. Kitchen staff inexperienced and have difficulty with orders.

Paid parking is 25 per day extortionist pricing. The NH HOTEL up the street has free parking.
Breakfast is 26 expensive for what you get if no time for buffet.

I stayed in this great hotel during for one night after losing a connection fly due to the airline delay. I must say that I got mad for the delay but I must also state that WAS THE BEST THING WHO HAPPEN TO ME IN THAT DAY!!

The Radisson Blue Hotel it s great!! They have a kind of river around the hotel who give you the sensation of being a king of royalty family.

The employees are very but VERY POLIDE and FRIENDLY!! The room I stayed was a double room who seems to be a suit (for my perspective of view). I say an plaque on the room saying that his normal price was 388 .

It worth the price for sure! But if you are a student with a average student or even a regular worker with an average employee salary at Netherlands I would spend that amount for sure.

The breakfast... OH LORD!!! It not was something I never tried but it was everything well made, fresh and delicious from the Greek yogurt to the quinces and scramble eggs to the fantastic crispy and salty pieces of bacon!

The employee rush to attend me with such a lovely and fresh smile to ask me if I want a coffee, cappuccino or something in the menu to serve. I love this details!

They have free shuttle bus to the airport and in 10/15min you there.

The price is of course space. In SE Asia, comparable levels are three times cheaper. There are no complaints at all to the organization, general service, food quality and calm.

The only place in the county where the restaurant and bar. You can eat and drink delicious. Accommodation was standard, the room has everything. Clean, comfortable.

The hotel is very beautiful and clean. The interior is also a plus.

Parking: was included in our deal, however if your parking is not included, the parking fee will leave you disappointed! 25 per day!!!
Check in: the ladies at the front desk were so friendly and helpful
Room: the room was spacious and clean. The welcome message was very impressive! I was ecstatic that I could use my Netflix account as well. At first it did not want to connect and the lady at the front desk really went out of her way to assist. That was highly appreciated!
Breakfast: the breakfast was decent but unfortunately the staff could use a little more training in professionalism!

The gym room was also nice and spacious! Watching the planes land while getting a workout in was definitely a good look!

Unfortunately after being highly impressed we were a bit disappointed that our room key stopped working. At the front desk the gentleman let us to know that we needed to let the front desk know that we were using the late check out. No sir, the late checkout is part of the deal so there is no reason for you to block our card. And I am glad your manager agreed. Hope you learned a lesson.

Nice hotel for stopover in Amsterdam. Always friendly and helpful staff. Not very central location, but there is frequent shuttle going to the airport/train station, so easy to get around. Food in the restaurants is good.

Best hotel in the vicinity for comfortable stay. Airport shuttle service is another convenient option. I stayed in a suite last time, the goosebumps feather pillow is unmatched.

Dear Hotel, There are shuttles to Schiphol frequently. Very suitable for those who plan to relax the night after the flight and continue traveling in the Netherlands the next day.
