When we arrived, the unfriendly lady at the front desk read from her PC that my husband reserved for only 1 instead of 4 people. My husband tried to explain to her that he had booked through HRS for 4 people and showed her on her mobile the confirmation of the booking. She said that she can not accept that because her PC does not record 4 but 1 person. Then he phoned HRS, who then called her at the reception, after which she disappeared behind the reception desk into the office 20 minutes later. Then finally her colleague came and gave us instead of our normal double room a suite. And apologizes for the wait. For me, the waiting with 2 children was just exhausting and pointless. Possibly, the hotel should make sure that the staff who speak with guests at least understand and speak good English. The lady who served us could not do that, and that was the reason she did not understand us correctly. The suite and bathroom were of course very pleasant. Nevertheless, this service is not appropriate for a hotel like Radisson.
