Check-in was efficient, pleasant receptionist. The room was well equipped and cleaned. Breakfast was good, the selection of toppings could have been better but good yogurt. Nice operation. Only one training device of each variety in the gym can provide capacity challenges.
Nice, clean hotel and you can get iconic rows of colorful shophouses just outside the hotel. Airport bus stop just right in front of the hotel.
Expected a bit more from the Radisson. Rooms were lovely, decor is modern etc. However the cleaning of the rooms isn't really up to scratch. Only stayed for a night so didnt see the point in asking for a new room as I wasn't going to use the fridge or kettle anyway. However you would expect them to have emptied the kettle and checked for limescale/mould. Staff were very friendly however and I'm sure if I had flagged it someone would have sorted me a new one. Great location, friendly personnel, breakfast buffet was great with a big selection. We were lucky regarding the room since we were placed in a room for handicaps (I guess it was because we had a 2 year old with us) and it was quite spacious with great view. The only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is the cleanliness of the room. Despite the fact that the beds were done and the bathroom was cleaned up, i've discovered a whole world of dust and dirt under the bed when my son dropped his toy. I mean, seriously, there is a lot of space for the vacuum to get under there and it doesn't take so much time.
In general though is great.
You can directly from the airport by bus (Flybussen) directly to the hotel, which is also the terminus! The hotel has a top location right in the center, you can do everything on foot. The rooms are ok, the breakfast very good, something for everyone. The reception at the reception was very friendly. We felt very comfortable.

Would have been nice to know that the garage to the lobby has no elevator. Be sure to unload your luggage at the entrance. Garage door is also a little weird that you need to be buzzed in and then a walk up a flight of stairs. Other than that the hotel is nice along with the breakfast.

The airport bus stop is just right outside the hotel entrance, super convenient! Breakfast spread was pretty standard yet good. Recommended!

The food was very tasty. A big variety of anything you want with awesome coffe machine. But I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. There were layers of dust on the lamp and table. Which is no go for me in any kind of hotel, no matter how many stars it has.

Sub - standard rooms. Terrible condition of the room and the furniture. Not at all worth the money and doesnt live upto the standards of Radisson. Half of the things in the room are missing (Kettle, an empty minibar etc.) Seems as if house keeping forgot to redo the room.
Met a group there for a tour and have been there many times before. Can't comment on the rooms but the reception is nice and modern and the breakfast is quite good.
Nice, warm and comfortable room but my douvet had a hole in it, the front desk service made me pay for breakfast when I had it included in my room I learned later, the breakfast by 8am was old with crusty cheese endings and hard crepes. The coffee was on the table but only had a suger cube if you wanted to add something to your coffee so you had to go back up for milk and suger. Trying to get anything to bring up to your room is an impossible venture and trying to pay cash seems to confuse and frustrate both the bar and reception staff to the point they give you looks. Overall a nice and well located hotel but with below acceptable service. Oh also didn't get my room cleaned the first day so the second day I ended up running out of toilet paper and needed to ask someone for more. An embarrassing performance for sure considering the fabulous quality of room and bar/restaurant attached.

Very disappointing for a high starred hotel. Two single beds pushed together and only had single blankets very odd. I couldnt adjust the air conditioner so was cold the whole week. They are a rip off for laundry. The buffet breakfast was great the best part of the hotel id say. I would reccomend staying somewhere else not worth the price at all!!! No one cared at front desk!
Top location on Bryggen, nice hotel with nice staff. Decent size of room, good wifi and good breakfast. Noisy heating fan / AC, annoying at night. But they got rid of. All in all, a good hotel.

Poorly organized reception, telephone is often not answered and you have to wait a long time, I called because I had forgotten things in my room and they have checked the wrong room, so my things are lost.

Housekeeping not clean proper. I stay in business class but not have complementary as business class should have. Disappointed.
While there were some features of this hotel that were very nice, such as a well functioning cafe latte machine, there were other aspects of our stay that were not so good.
For one, the hair dryers short out less than two minutes into drying my hair. Multiple people on both the housekeeping staff and at the front desk are aware that the hair dryers overheat and short out. Yet, guests continue to be supplied with the malfunctioning hair dryers. Housekeeping staff suggested I continue to use the hair dryer and simply wait betwee two and five minutes to try to dry my hair completely.
Additionally, there is a poor selection of wines by the glass, particularly white wines. The chardonnay tasted like cheap sauvivnon blanc.
The hotel supplied water for guests in the lobby. Yet, every time I tried to find a glass of water, the water containers were empty, and the area was a mess.
Staff in the dining room was very hard-working and nice.
The room was somewhat small and poorly organized to be able to open suit cases for two people.

Extremely untrained staffs. We found a uncleaned toilet and toothpaste in the bedroom in first day (check-in day). And then the room was not cleaned/tidying up in 2nd day again (Towels were still in the bath) But staffs (Receptionist and room keeper) never apologised for their mistakes. And also, I tried to call reception by phone and phone in the room. But they never took my calls. So I went to the reception and asked information about Bergen, and receptionist said "could you tmr morning and asked to other staffs? I don't know that well.." What a wonderful staff.I stayed at several Radisson Blu hotels, but this time is the worst experience.
I think this is one of the better hotels in Bergen. Rooms are nice and bed is comfortable. The service is nice and polite and service is nice. The location is perfect and I would recommend this to anyone going to Bergen.

Just behind the typical briggen houses, one of the houses is the hotel restaurant. The interiors are very well made especially the common areas. Excellent breakfast, both sweet and savory, mid-level restaurant with high prices as in all of Norway. Try it if you go through Bergen
Great location and close to museums of interest. Food and beverage at their Social Club was excellent. Especially enjoyed their Norwegian Gin.

Super service. We arrived at the hotel quite early but were allowed to check in right away and got a great room. When we had a problem with the airconditon we were quickly moved to another room without any problem. Highly recommend this hotel. Good atmosphere and good breakfast, nice and accommodating staff.
Convenient location and courteous service with modern rooms and good buffet breakfast. But our bathroom had no soap or shampoo, and the room had no drawer space.
Very nice hotel. My room was a little smaller than I expected but it's beautiful and has everything you need.
The first night I stayed, the room was clean and spacious. Hotel dinner is ok and the price is reasonable. The night view of the hotel is superb.

Was on Christmas dinner here two weekends in a row in December 2016. The husband of unprofessional serving of food around the buffet - long wait time, little delicate presented Christmas dinner. The waiters ran and filled what they were capable of, but the organization of the buffet was poor. The accessories were cold before arriving at the main course. The serving of drinks with the table was too rigid. Wanting outside of standard drinks one had to provide even at the bar outside! For example, when I was supposed to have a bottle of champagne before we supplied. Even 7fjell Christmas beer we were initially referred to having to go out to the bar and buy! Long before the music started, both weekends. Never order Christmas tables here again.
Small room for a family.. No lift from the underground parking bay so bags had to be wheeled on the street or carried up stairs.. Great location..

Have had a weekend stay here. The hotel is modern, the staff very helpful. As it was a conference, and the room we had actually booked was busy, we were upgraded without additional charge. The breakfast was like the other Radisson I have been visiting, absolutely super. The restaurant also has great dinner. If I want to stay at a hotel in Bergen again, I will definitely be booking here.

Great rooms and breakfast, but customer service is often not very friendly.
The single room I stayed in was relatively large, with all the amenities you might need. The rest of the hotel is also equipped with many additional amenities and services. You will hardly miss anything. All in all, the hotel scores well on everything from cleaning, noise, maintenance, breakfast and service. Particular mention is made of a breakfast with the possibility of choosing lactose-free milk products. Still, it's not the cheapest hotel you can find in Bergen, but my stay was worth the money.
