Sheraton Towers Singapore Review

Beautiful hotel and restaurants. Good service. Nice waterfall. Highly recommended

Nice, works, but a little faded and generally lacking originality. The jungle/waterfall backdrop of the street level bar/restaurant is really cool!

Great food and ambience. Love the hot soups on the buffet table. The view of the waterfall cascading during our meal was wonderful. What was lacking was a shortage of service crew which unfortunately, is an industrial norm.

Good rooms, great restaurant, close to Newton train station.

Old hotel needs some renovation. Otherwise is fine.

Fancy place. I've been there on a book release in the hall on 2 floor, the atmosphere was wonderful!

Very good hotel stay in an exceptional location. The proximity to the Newton station (both blue and red underground metro lines) and buses all over the city make this perfect for visiting the city with a minimum of fuss. The lounge staff and offerings were as good as any that I have experienced at any Marriott property. Strongly recommend when in Singapore.

We had a wonderful dinning experience in Li Bai, Sheraton Towers Singapore. The service from Miss Christine Wong and her team was exceptionally warm and top notch. My friends were very pleased with the food quality and hospitality. Will definitely come back when we have cravings for Cantonese food. Keep up the good work!

Good maintenance despite aged property. Rooms have good size and housekeeping is excellent. Outdoor Pool and gym feels like a resort in modern Singapore. Location quite far from Orchard. Near Newton mrt station and Newton hawker centre.

Conveniently located to the MRT (train), local hawker (local food stalls) and walking distance to the famous Orchard shopping district.

Stayed here for a week last summer, and it was great location-wise for being a bit off the beaten path but still near to public transit and Orchard Road. The breakfast buffet, while impressive in scope, is highway robbery for price--there is no feasible way to eat enough food to make it worth the money. The rooms are nice, clean, and I had no complaints, but the lack of available ice on the floor is awkward--having to call the front desk to bring you ice every time is too much!

Great hotel. Tucked away next to Orchard road, the famous Newton Food court and an MRT station. Short pleasant walk to the heart of Orchard. Oh... And it's a shorter walk to the best Japanese restaurant and Durian haven at Goodwood Park

Older hotel with excellent access to the MTR. Rooms are good sized and functional, but not fancy. Service is attentive and gym, pool and restaurants are decent

I like the hotel lobby especially when the pianist plays.

The hotel is situated at a quiet location but walking distance to the Newton food court and busy shopping area. The pool is very large and relaxing. There is Subway and bus station a few minutes walking distance which convenient to take you to anyway you like.

The Hotel is Centrally located, rooms are good and spacious, however swimming pool access is not allowed beyond (+-)1900 hrs. Good variety of Street food available in Newton (5-7 mins walk from from the hotel) and is economical too.

Sheraton Tower is easily accessible via MRT thus the location is very accessible

Went for buffet lunch. Wasn't fantastic. For that price, I expected more choices and better tasting foods. I guess the dessert bar is the only saving grace.

The ball room is really big and high class and the service is of very high standards

I had been there twice. The rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was good. However, when I use the bath tub, there were back flow from sewage below the sink of the bathroom. There was no bad small but the floor was wet. I hope they can fix it asap.

Went to the Dining Room for Christmas buffet dinner. Food selection was limited but dishes were fantastic. Price is decent for hotel buffet. Will be back for more

My goto SGP hotel in Sin. Good club lounge, nice long pool to do laps, next to the Newton MTR stop.

Good place and right location near main business centers

Nice hotel with strategic location near to Newton Station and Orchard Road.
During breakfast there's a sign indicating that some food contains pork and you may not change the dedicated spoon.
The bathroom is clean. Iron is provided.

I used the spa.
Rather than being luxurious, I felt like I was relaxed and relaxed, with a spa that is relatively casual.
Of course there was no problem with the technology, and the massage of strengthening was pleasant!
If you are looking for luxury in a luxury hotel, it may be better to go elsewhere.
The hotel is a beautiful building, one station away from the city, but I could not go to MRT because one station and good bus service.

Had tea at the lobby with friends from overseas. Take note that their bar counter at lobby close pretty early at about 12am last order at around 11pm

Convenient transportation and comfortable accommodation

Perfect hotel to stay with your family in Singapore.. The hotel's staffs are extremely helpful and nice.. They even gave me extra 2 hours for cheking out.. I't's also near from everywhere since its located at the center of the town... great stay!

No bidet for the toilet and complicated shower knobs took quite some getting used to. Toilet roll holder was broken.

The hotel is clean, tidy and with an acceptable location.

This is an amazing place to stay. It is right next to the metro, so you can very quickly get just about anywhere. The staff are so helpful and the rooms are very nice. The employees in the lounge were incredible, they were very welcoming and willing to help in anyway they could to make your stay as easy as possible. Next time I m in Singapore will definitely be staying here again.

Grand ballroom was nice and great for a wedding setting.
