It was a short visit for lunch Good ambience Food was great

We had booked GRT Grand for our wedding and we had the worst hospitality inspite of paying such huge expenses. While the guests were still in the hall, ACs were switched off. Our Relationship Manager was very impolite and unwelcoming in her behaviour. She would never respond to our calls even int he last minute. We were charged for using complimentary room for just for half an hour. Service isn't that great. Would never recommend this place to anyone in future.

The food tasted good. A nice place to host events like one day training and birthday parties.Good food.

I am currently residing in this hotel. It has been two nights. Clearly the worst hotel i have stayed in Chennai. So damn noisy and inconsiderate to those who are residing in the hotel. The concert has gone past 9pm. And the service during breakast was horrendous.

Lovely hotel... Service is first class, as expected from a 5* establishment... However everything can't be glitsy... In room TV entertainment very poor, something thd hotel group needs to concider...

We went to the Bazaar an all day diner, located at the sprawling foyer of the hotel. The spread is very diverse and is suitable for pretty much all levels of spice tolerance. The vegetarian spread was good and they carry a variety of starters and finger foods.
The main course is equally good. Desserts section house the usual suspects along with a range of innovative creations. Service was friendly and cordial. The staff is very considerate. Pricing is on the higher side but is justified by the ambiance and the spread. would definitely recommend for a family evening.

Food was excellent. But the water in the rooms was over chlorinated. Definitely harsh on the skin. Very obliging chefs and staff.

A good, clean and decent hotel. Very reasonable on the wallet.
The spread at coffee shop, both for breakfast and dinner, is utterly amazing and awesome.
They have a very attractive menu with a few unusual but rather delicious twists thrown in - that is to say, some not so regular, run of mill stuff.
Staff is ever attentive and warm.

The food was good, the place was clean and the service was decent..... Could have been better though, but I wouldn't take away any credit from the things they did right

Had a wonderful stay here during a short travel. Place has very nice ambience.

A Polite welcome. Staff are friendly. Rates are affordable. Food is great. Lunch buffet is highly recommended. In A la carte, mutton biriyani and Murgh gravy is a must try. The Chocolate fudge pudding in desserts is really nice. The suite decor is great. While business class rooms are comfortable. The marriage halls are spacious and decor is done as per our requirements.

This is wonderful hotel great comfort and convenience fully accessible for disabled and senior citizens beautiful garden outside of the room and food delicious. Breakfast complementary available. Great place to conduct conference seminar and party. Weddings.

It was a comfortable stay.. and the management and the staff made our stay happy and nice. We liked the food and the service.

Not cooperative. I requested for a late check out and they want to charge me for a days rate. I am a regular staying at this hotel for almost 5 years. They dont respect regular guest. Will recommend not to stay at this hotel

Had a big function here recently and we were very displeased at how they verified the people who attended to come up with charge for our party-not a good system. Paid way more than we had people attend.

We went for buffet lunch. Taste is average only. Briyani item is too worst. Seems it's not worth for money you are paying.

It was a great experience. The rooms were great. Hotel is located very conveniently. From the airport pickup till the drop the entire experience was great. Food was superb and was tasty. Thumbs up to the lunch buffet.
