Radisson Blu Hotel Amritsar Review

Nice accommodation, good service...also good location

Great place to be in. Good and efficient service by nice smiling staff

Doesn't live up to the stars given for it. There wasn't any hot water supply given despite us repeatedly BEGGING them for supplying us with hot water... the water was mild at its best and COLD at its worst. The children caught cold because of it. The pillow covers were stained with food stains. For in-room dining, the helper stand there until you pay for the food there and then over eating the hot food, instead of paying at the end of the visit. The refrigerators are locked. Any service provided is only provided after reminding them about it atleast twice.

Banqueting facility is awesome most impotantly guest service and staff attitude. Attended family function here was amazed by the service staff. The banqueting manager and staff was awesome. Keet it up.

Bhed chaal, badly managed restaurants. Buffet breakfast is a mess

5 star hotel with spa gym and continental cafeteria . Having good shop of rajasthani items. Big conference hall with decoration.

Comfortable place very close to airport courteous staff

After corona finally found safe n best place to relax with family. I would like to thanks everyone in Radisson blu and Park inn team. As I've booked rooms both the hotel for different experience but the same is truly unmatchable.
The restaurant staff was very firm and Mr. Singh was always there for us until check out.

Radisson blue was awesome. I had some reservations after reading some critic reviews but I found it meeting my expectations. Hotel employees were very co-operative, ambience was great and food was finger licking good especially breakfast.

Easily among the best hotel in Amritsar. Very good food, staff, service. Room size and bathrooms are fabulous. Breakfast is superb.

Very near to the Airport. Had a very comfortable stay. They have free pick up and drop facility to the airport. Rooms are spacious. Break fast spread is really good. Food is also tasty. Staff is very supportive. Free bus to golden temple is available.

Best place to stay while visiting amritsar. Front desk staff isn't courteous.

Hotel Radisson is undoubtedly one of the best hotels in North India.The Hotel staff is very helpful and nice especially Mr. Bhajanjot and Mrs. Ankita were among the most nice and helpful people we ever met,they assisted and helped us at every step they were both personally and professionally very good and they were a big reason because of which are event went very well.If you ever plan to go to Amritsar no need to give second thoughts Radisson is the best you're going to find in the city.

Whilst officially this hotel is 5*, with regret the service was 4* and the condition of the rooms was 3*.

Very comfortable and worth the asking tariff. The breakfast could be improved in terms of taste and spread. But I would certainly have to say that what's provided is pretty sufficient.

Food and beverage service at tavolo mondo restaurant was excellent. Mr Amit provide us excellent service.

Visited for maiden visit 6 months back and was highly impressed by the food. It was worth the money which surprisingly was reasonable when compared with Hyatt. So, was looking forward to the trip yesterday BUT IT WAS A HUGE ANTI CLIMAX. The room allowed 120 was an upgrade to the business class BUT WAS HORRIBLY DIRTY. The housekeeping PLEASE clean the faucets and washroom properly. They are a huge mess. The sheet was not changed and was full of small body hair . However the height of inefficiency came when the hand shower would not switch off . Obviously the maintenance was called and we were given a change of room . ROOM 415 was comparatively better but even here the washroom was pathetic. Now for this hotels USP I.e. it's food. It too was a let down.
IF YOU DO NOT WORRY ABOUT CLEANLINESS AND PROFESSIONALISM AND CAN HANDLE SUB STANDARD FOOD GO FOR THIS HOTEL.

hlo guys I am went to the restaurant in radisson. I ate the lunch in afternoon time and service is the very good. I like it. The restaurant name is tablomodo. Rajwinder kaur service very good.

Worst experience from Radisson Amritsar. Lack of respect for guest, room are dirty and dust. Room service is horrible. Staff is dull and unfriendly. No smiles. Gym is below average, below quality equipment. Suites are way too small. Buffet and food quality is average. Architecture is good but everything else just doesn't match up.

Top high class hotel of the city of Amritsar. Best to stay and enjoy the royal services, accommodation, jacuzzi et cetera. But the 5 hotels are not the place you're looking for if you want spicy and Punjabi food to eat at.
