Radisson Blu Hotel Amritsar Review

The hotel is near Amritsar Airport. The property is nicely maintained n the rooms are also quite spacious with good view n modern amenities. The breakfast n dinner buffet are quite lavish but the Restraunt staff needs improving their services. At the same time, housekeeping staff is very caring n deserves praise especially Sh Rishab on 5th Floor who tastefully decorated my bed on the second day of my stay with a 'Nice Day' message written with green leaves n stems (please see the pic).

Been there twice , excellent service great product.

Radisson Blu Amritsar is located next to the Sri Guru Ram Dass Ji International Airport and is a favorite destination of travellers to this holy city and sorrounding areas. It is a contemporary place with well maintained amenities. The restaurant, Tavoloa Mondo serves an appetising buffet with a variety of cuisine and deserts. The snacks served at the smallish gathering that I attended were avearage and no different from the fare served at various upscale eateries in North India. Overall a good place for a short stay or an informal dining experience.

Nice clean rooms fast check-in, breakfast needs much improvement.

The snacks weren't upto the mark. A lot of synthetic colours were used. Some of the dishes were spicy. The dessert spread was monotonous.

Very low level hospitality by the restaurant staff. They should be taught how to talk to the guest. We had a table reserved but had to cancel just because of that.

This is a new hotel close to Amritsar airport. Though the structure is built but only 7th 8th and 9th floor are operational. Nice place at reasonable price. Though it is far from the Golden Temple but driving to city is not a big hassle here.

Its close to airport, it has most things one looks for and cost effective. Right next to Radisson and owned by them, it's the less frilly cousin. I liked it.

Well located hotel adjacent to the airport. Good facilities. Rooms are comfortable. Restaurant ia large and food is good. Meeting halls are well located.
The service is good and staff takes care to address issues.
Fitness centre was not up to the mark. Several equipment were not working during my visit. The walls outside fitness centre had peeling paint. Somehow it seemed as if this area had a different management.

The staff goes that extra mile , otherwise just like a million value business hotels mushrooming everywhere , scores high on all fronts , except the gym and the business center which still have the incomplete look , recommended for a plesent budget sleep

Food is okay, you do not get what you pay for. Interiors are good but staff workers give mixed response!

Good location close to the airport. Check-in was a bit slow. Rooms are great. Service is good. Food was amazing.

Hotel needs major improvements except breakfast was excellent and staff. Pool area and spa we're not working when we visited in November 2018. Airport is very close by so great for short stop or early flights.

Amongst all the Radisson blu visited...This one was little compact and this one star less...The washrooms are little small....Rest it is nice place if you want to stay in Amritsar...One point they can work on was, we had early morning checkout and they did not had any good coffee to start the day....They need to keep at least a deCent coffee machine....

Room service should be more updated as well as washroom also...

I am a corporate customer with raddison group of hotels . I travel all across India and there is no doubt of class service provided specially when it comes to buffet provided by this hotel. The staff is very much courteous and warm welcoming. In a detailed review, starting from the appetizer and ending through dessert the people from f and b section ensure our comfort level to the best. Speaking of the quality and taste of the food is amazing. The food is piping hot as served as a hot tea which is highly appreciated as this is rarely seen in buffet services. I was staying in park inn as in my package in room dining services as well as buffet was from raddison. I opted to go for buffet and I must say Mr. Lalit kumar who was present on the shift made the dinner really special. From providing accompaniments with the food to filling my water glass at any course of time during the meal he was there to assist me at its best. I have enjoyed and spent a lovely time in this hotel. The buffet is worth a visit.

Everything is good about this hotel except food. Food Menu of RBG needs to be completely redone. Not at all good options to eat. Very limited food. Ordered Fruit platter which was completely not satisfactory and that too at a rate of Rs 250 including taxes. Not the positive points. Very warm welcome. Took less than 3mins in check in. Room was ready. Pick up and Drop services from airport were given complimentary. Shuttle service to Golden Temple was also the plus point. Room is big snd very good with LEDs all around. Lighting is a bit less. No room view. Just empty ground everywhere. Less than 5mins away from airport. Its a small hotel compared to Radisson Blu. You can walk to Radisson Blu hotel as both hotels are interconnected. The shuttle service (20seater bus) to Golden Temple has to be taken from Radisson Blu Hotel. Overall i would give it 4.5 star. Half less because of food menu. Definately recommend this hotel.

Was good experience, excellent service and staff was good

Location was very good when it came to getting up and going to the airport. Best place for it. Rooms were okay. The cleanliness could do with an upgrade but otherwise it was a very good superior room. Service is worthy of 4 stars.

World-class service! We were upgraded to the presidential suite and the whole experience was worthwhile! The room was grand and the staff made us feel special! The breakfast buffet spread was huge with mix of local and continental cuisines.. basically, if you're here for a day, you needn't go out looking for the famous Amritsari kulchas as they'll be served to you just as crisp in the breakfast.. shuttle service to the Golden temple was helpful too..
