Service staff is excellent, today am having in lunch in tavolo mondo , Rajwinde Lauren at the staff service is best

This was truly 6* hotel. The buffet selection for breakfast was awsome as was the dinner buffet. friendly staff and clean rooms

I have been staying in this hotel for the last two years on my visits to Amritsar. Being associated with the avaition industry and having travelled extensively for last thirty years I have a fair bit of knowledge about the hospitality industry. This has been one of the good hotels I have stayed in, considering their tariff.A good location, far from the maddening city crowd , good spacious rooms and a courteous professional staff is what makes it stand out. Right from the smiling Jyoti at front desk, shubkiran and rajwinder at the gates of the restaurant and Shanu and Shubam
in house keeping are just a few names of many that stand out. Also, what impressed me was the covid protocols being observed deligently by all the staff. A couple of suggestions...you need to restart the shuttle to Harmandir Saheb again and also if the hotel could look into buying a couple of bicycles for the guests to enjoy the vast open area around the hotel in leisure. In all, a great place to be .

Very nice hotel...They have a complimentary shuttle service to golden temple...staff is super friendly...Food is also great...Housekeeping person pradeep dogra did a very efficient service....kudos to the team!!!

The housekeeping service was pretty good ( Rocky helped us out during our stay), Hugely disappointed by the rest of the service needs serious impovement.

Comfortable beds but the hotel is in need of maintenance. The lighting is dim in the rooms and the bathroom door didn't shut.

My experience was really good. They have an amazing pool area. Breakfast is well laid and has a lot of variety. Rooms are well equipped and comfortable.Room service is good.

Amazing experience in Amritsar, situated 10 km from the golden temple and just next to Amritsar airport, this is a recent property with plush green environment and Great view. Has a nice swimming pool, 5 star facilities with polite staff . The breakfast has varied cuisine and caters to all your palate needs .

Costly hotel I must say but excellent service though.

One of the finest hotels of Amritsar! It's truly luxurious. We stayed here for 2 nights and the only downside was the distance to the main golden temple area.. But for compensating that they have complimentary shuttle services.. Other than that, you get the bestest experience possible. It's one of kind! Though I would suggest to have the meals except complimentary breakfast at nearby dhabas. Walking distance only! Just 100m.. Cause it's damn expensive.( All 5 star hotels are haha! )
