Lovely over night stay, before our early morning flight. Lovely bedroom etc. Very helpful and friendly staff. Had a bar meal which was lovely too. Transfer to and from the airport was spot on too. I would highly recommend this lovely hotel

Good location, nice rooms, the staff were great, though maintenance neglected to check on and fix our broken tv. The on duty staff worked with us and we're very nice and apologetic for maintenance dropping the ball.
Advised on website 5 mins walk from airport, really 30 mins, staff showed no interest in this, beds were nice.

The hotel lounge and bars look fabulous. We had food outside and it was good quality, however a bit pricey.The children s menu was particularly impressive. There was so much choice!!! The bedroom was very luxurious and the beds very comfortable. I upgraded to a premium room with view on the runway. Really we had view on a building site. The staff was very nice and helpful. We had an early night as our flight was at 7 in the morning, however it was very difficult to go to sleep because of wedding guests being very noisy in the corridor.
Lovely room, the bar closes early and you simply cannot use it after that.
Great hotel little expensive but the staff are great and very helpful, nice pool and sauna also a spa available.
Lovely hotel. Really close to East Midlands airport. Rooms are nicely furnished with comfortable beds. As we had a 0600 flight we requested an early morning call. It frightened the daylights into us! LOL! The swimming pool is warm and a great place to relax. All in all a great hotel.
Chic, modern and smart hotel, however the curt and abrupt staff leave a lot to be desired in terms of the customer experience. During my entire stay, I only encountered one member of staff took the trouble to smile, the rest of them acted More
Stay in Radisson's a lot. This one was bad. Bad service, dirty room and terrible food. Politely complained, was offered a free breakfast. Thanks.

Reccomend for any occasion. We have used this for airport use but highly reccomend it for any occasion. No airport noise at all . Excellent food and facilities large clean and comfortable rooms . Also Excellent helpful staff

Nice hotel with nice pool. Just be aware pool is used for kids swimming lessons sometimes. So don't expect a quiet swim .
The hotel is very close to East Midlands Airport with free lift to airport,excellent environment swimming pool facility and bar,great hospitality and good food,ideal for parties and conferences.

Quick and efficient check in and out. Taxi to the airport was punctual. The room was very nice, modern and functional. I had a sandwich in the bar which was tasty. I'd stay again.
Just cant wait for my next visit.Amazing customer service,the room was superb .Thank you so much for your flexibility.I am unable to walk long distance because of my mobility and i forgot to mention when i was booking,and my original room was a bit of a walk from the lift and within half an hour i was upgraded to a double room(no extra charge)and the shower and bathroom..,the choice of food i was spoilt for choice.Definitely coming back!!
High quality and great location for airport transfer. Not sure if I'd pay full whack to stay there. Express breakfast thing at 4am was a bit limited (but it was 4am!)
We had a company training here and everything was fabulous! The plece is clean and in high standards. The food was all right plenty of choice!

My daughter goes here for swimming lessons. It all looks nice, not been I any rooms. The changing rooms in the swimming pool are a bit small

Fantastic hotel. Like the open bar area next to the reception area. The bar food is very nice and you can generally have a beer and unwind slightly after a busy journey/day in a relaxed atmosphere. The spa facilities were excellent and I thought the rooms were very comfortable and cosy for a simple stop over. Helpful and polite staff, so all in all, 5 stars. Thanks

Only been to the exterior and reception. Seems nice. Shame I need to get a key code to leave the carpark from reception even when I am only drop someone off.

Didn't stay but regularly use the bar and restaurant. More peaceful than a pub, easier than some restaurants. Hardly any kids. There is a nice seating area near the bar where they do table service for drinks if your not eating. Staff are always friendly and helpful. You can get complimentary parking if you are a Patron

Beautiful hotel was on a course with work for 2 days stayed over night. Food was lovely both on the course for Buffet and a lovely sit down meal on the night. Nothing was to much trouble great Tea and coffee all day muffins biscuits. My room was imaculate and the bed was comfortable. Shower was amazing . I would definitely recommend this hotel both for conferences and over night stay a good secure car park to

Beautiful Hotel , being in a room facing the airport landing strip there was no noise, Staff very well presented and polite friendly, Breakfast was very large selection available remarkable nights sleep room exceptional decor, must stay in my opinion
