Posh hotel , attended a training course there with work , nice food and plenty of hot drinks available

Beautiful hotel, great staff, spacious room but far too warm.

I watched planes land from my bed. reasonable breakfast buffet. Shower was warm and wet, but lack a little pressure.

A very practically located hotel next to EMA with great staff and rooms, good access, solid restaurant and a decent cooked breakfast.

Came here for a work meeting - it is a beautiful hotel!

Alot of daylight from the floor to ceiling windows & beautiful bar area & lovely staff. Only downfall is the price for parking!

Food overpriced and mediocre at best. Long wait for meals. Rooms average.

It's so clean and the staff are so friendly. We love coming to stay here, even if it's to have a mid morning coffee

Positives:
- great choices at breakfast
- nice services such as the pool
- plenty of parking

Negatives:

- there were no vegetarian friendly desserts, which was very surprising
- the doors were incredibly heavy and loud. You could probably hear the person down the hall opening and closing their door. Could not sleep.

Called in to get dinner at the restaurant around half 4. Was unfortunately closed. Had a few drinks instead and there was a nice atmosphere.

Staff are marvellous. Great ambience. My son has swimming lessons once a week. So as a treat we normally eat here as well and the food is great.

Very conveniently located for the racetrack and the airport I upgraded my room was superb parking is a little bizarre because you get a ticket we don't always get a space but I did go on a particularly busy day the staff are helpful and friendly and if you book in advance it is at a reasonable price

Stayed here a couple of times for Donington track days, has everything you need. Clean, modern, and convenient. Decent ambience in bar area / lobby.

been staying here for 6 days already, breakfast is very very poor, eggs were off " smelly off" 3 days in a row, TVs all over the hotel work for 3~4 minutes, blacks out for 5 minutes, then comes on for another 3~4 minutes, and for the past 6 days the reception been saying "they're working on it" but nothing is fixed

Went for a Sainsbury's Awards Night. Room slightly cramped, however the food was excellent and decor very pleasing

Good to stay next to the airport with a stay of 1 to 2 days. breakfast is above the standard. Pool and Gym available.

Wonderful stay and given the restrictions during this , bar and service operation was excellent.
Operation manager and hotel manager were both very welcoming and professional.

Great location, lovely comfortable rooms. Couldn't hear any noise outside the rooms so good soundproofing! Nice 12pm checkout so time in the morning to enjoy the spa!

Stayed here for a works Christmas party. Brilliant. Rooms clean and spotless.

The room - stayed in a business class suite and i must say it was one of the nicest hotel rooms i have stayed in. Best bit - big comfy bed. Could only have been made better with a walk in shower imo.

The gym - small, hot, busy at times but has enough gear for most. Treadmill's, rower, bikes, trainer, couple of resistance machines and free weights up to 30kg. One bench.

The pool sauna and steam - basic but clean and decent enough.

The restaurant - breakfast was good.


Staff - friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Susan the cleaner for sorting me some non feather pillows - legend.

Great rooms and beds recommended if you need to stop before or after a flight from EMA

I attended for conference so can't say about quality of rooms. Food served was not impressive at all.

Enjoyed my stay at the Radisson, the reception staff were great.

I really enjoy this hotel and always stay there when I'm in the area.

Great venue,easily located from the motorway.I was at a business conference in a lovely area of the hotel.
Buffet lunch for 250+ people was excellent as were the cakes served with coffee at the breaks.

Nice place, easy to find, only thing to let it down were the smelly toilets.

Only there 1 night, but the rooms were clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable and the staff were pleasant. What more could you ask for?

Superb hotel. So close to 5 star, shame about the bar manager who seemed to get thrill from his position of power hence the 3 star.

Made our group of people split up because we were 'blocking the fire escape' we weren't allowed to move a chair there but no problems with standing in the same place, we'd left more than 1m gap for anyone to get through and it was 11pm at night with few people around.
