Awesome, if you give the budget is amazing. I had lunch at noon and it was super, all the details

Centre of the city with beautiful ambience, you can hop in to the tram as soon as you come out and surrounded by shops.

We have stayed at this hotel several times, very well located.

The rooms are clean and comfortable.

With an upgrade, very nice room, and small touches (chocolates, pillow spray, etc ..)

The breakfast buffet is very complete, with fresh produce, but is a bit expensive (30.-)

Pool also very nice to relax before going out in town :)

Very professional reception, lunch offered after a little trouble in the room.

Filini Restaurant very good

Paid parking (30.-), or the Parkhaus Elisabethen (a little cheaper and more space) 2min walk

Definetely a good city hotel for business travellers

Comfortable stay. it was some distance away from Basel SBB but the tram stop is just outside the hotel. it was located a short walk to old town.

The room were small and expensive.although the location was good.

Best Hotel in Basel Centrally located , very comfortable stay and has good restaurants .Hotel staff were very friendly and ready to help in all possible ways .I did not carry a travel adapter and staff after trying various options finally got me an adaptor suitable for my laptop charger.

Currently construction site, gym only open until 18:00 clock, pool was completely closed, was unfortunately no notice on booking. fm

Good to stay and another reason is having breakfast facility and dining options in Filini Restaurant.

Food is good. Crew nice. Ambiente is rather simplistic

Pleasant hotel, with several surprising little attentions that make you feel good. The swimming pool must have sprung out of an LSD soaked brain. It comes with sauna, steam bath and gym. It's home to a nice group of local seniors that are pleasant to interact with.

Simple and big rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff. Really great breakfast with fresh orange juice, bircher muesli, fresh veg and lots more!

One of the best hotels in Basel. Service is prompt. Rooms are neat and clean. They give you a complimentary tram pass as well for local commute. Staff is friendly and enjoys engaging in conversations. Stayed for 5 days and it was fantastic. Recommended.

Great place, centrally located with ease access to public transportation. Close to station

Good hotel, rooms are a good size and have all the amenities you need. The rooms could do with some modernisation but are still in great condition. Room service is great the portion sizes are HUGE for some people I m sure that s a great thing. The pool is also a very good size - can do some great lengths. Breakfast also good. Great place to stay in Basel for business or pleasure.

Very well located and conveniently accessed by public transport. Nice clean rooms, very comfy. Very polite and helpful staff, friendly service. Swimming pool and sauna is a nice addition to a general hotel services, that are on a high level. The breakfast is very nice, with good choice of dishes offered. The restaurant menu is very good as well. In addition, with membership program, points are awarded for each stay and can be used towards free nights in different Radisson hotels.

Hats with company for breakfast. I'm finished with the breakfast! Coffee extremely bad and way too watery! The scrambled eggs were cold! The backround music too loud! Service otherwise good as usual! That's why 3 stars are only 2. Am I actually used to the Radison! The price * for today *, not justified. Pity

Definiteley not a typical Radisson standard apart from the price paid. Well we are in Switzerland and it comes with that the extramoney but here the gap is too much. Very small rooms and tiny bathrooms.

Nothing to do with the other Radissons in Switzerland. Amenities in the newly renovated rooms, noisy rooms.

During the week, very loud music at breakfast. At the weekend more relaxed, but the seats are scarce, by reserved tables. Room facing the street with higher noise but better views. The courtyard is much quieter.

Didn't stay but used it for business. Very accommodating and pleasant staff. Typical hospitality service expected from a good hotel. There is a restaurant there that offers good food.. Great location too. Can't fault it.

There is a lot of renovation going on until the end of August. I had a nonrefundable booking for 12 days. 3 of my days ruined so far because noise woke me up earlier than usual. The front desk agents were helpful to move me to another room. I am hoping that my last 3 days will be quieter.

Rooms on4th floor very.stuffy even with heating turned off. Breakfast choices limited.

Very good value for money for what is known in Basel and great location. If you like to swim when you are traveling, you have a very decent indoor pool.



The room that touched me was a tad short of space, but correct.

In short, a good hotel and a great option for a work or pleasure stay in Basel.

My favorite hotel in Basel but it has a little lost in quality. The mini bar was not filled every day with a water bottle. Swimming pool very nice and sauna and steam room. Attention in Switzerland sauna and hammam it's without swimsuit

A poor 4 star, we stayed there one night and luckily dirty and dusty entrance mat, (inside the hotel is fine) super expensive paid parking, the pool is creepy, in the room, a mosquito death on the windowsill, a stain on the mirror, hot water from the shower which arrives after 25 min, as a couple we had requested a double bed, normal, we had two beds pushed together without even warning us and apologize, toilet door almost stuck to the toilet, a fingerprint on the flush, I may forget some .... very well placed on the other hand, hence the star :), staff of the hotel is friendly

Standard room quite small and poor functioning air conditioning

Great ambience, nice and helpful staff, very nice rooms with comfortable beds. It only lacks the bus parking in front of the door.

Nice Sunday brunch in the heart of Basel, even if the management should give the staff a little more attention, then you could give this attention to the guests and you would not have to liberate the tables themselves from piles of plates.

Very central hotel, ideal for a short stay and visit of Basel

Smart and comfortable hotel in central Basel. Very well located for the old town and the train station. Cold and stern reception staff. Rooms were not quite at the standard I've expected from Radisson hotels in the past, but were more the adequate. Nice pool (larger than average for a hotel) and a sauna and steam room

I just visited the sauna and the steam bath - that was amazing
