I scheduled a MRi per my doctors orders at the Lakemead office which is where I always go for radiology needs because its closer for me.. I had not needed a MRI for years and I guess with time and age I have become clostrophobic and couldn't do closed. At my appointment at Lakemead the guy just was not warm or compassionate at all and had me reschedule for Rainbow. When I came to this location the black female with twisty braids at the front desk was very pleasant, greeted me and checked me in with ease. She also came out to the lobby while I was waiting to be called back and wiped down and sanitized chairs, door handles, etc.
My MRI technologist Julia was exceptional!!!!! She made me feel comfortable from the start. Her bedside manner and compassion helped me get through both of my studies! If I ever need another MRI I will be coming to the Rainbow location. Thank you Julia, great job!

Horrible staff , not one hello how are you kept ...

Horrible staff , not one hello how are you kept getting skipped while other folks were getting scene currently being sitting here since 11am 1 hour early before my appointment it is now 12:23pm

I scheduled appointment 3 weeks in advance for MRI...

I scheduled appointment 3 weeks in advance for MRI and surgery, I show up to MRI appointment and get informed they did not obtain authorization from my insurance company and can't get MRI or surgery done after I took a medical leave of absence from work, and flew my son out to take care of me for surgery! Worse staff ever, they don't know how to do their job! I called them every day for 2 weeks begging them to submit my leave of absence to my employer so I can get time off to get my surgery done! Go somewhere else!

Went to get an MRI. Was given non isolating headph...

Went to get an MRI. Was given non isolating headphones for "ear protection" until I took my hands out if the MRI to cover my ears at which point I was given earplugs.

MRIs can reach 130 decibels which can do permanent ear damage in the 15 minutes an MRI takes. Please protect your patient ears as standard practice not as an accommodation.

Terrible experience at this facility. Was left in ...

Terrible experience at this facility. Was left in an MRI for 40 minutes without the technician communicating one word with me. Told me there would be a break after 20 minutes. Not a word of apology when finished. Would not recommend this uncaring facility to anyone.

I had the pleasure last week of going to Pueblo Me...

I had the pleasure last week of going to Pueblo Medical Imaging at 5495 South Rainbow here in Las Vegas at part of the Veterans Choice Program for a Sonogram. Everyone was friendly and professional from the young lady who signed me in to a young man named David who checked me out and was kind enough to burn a copy of my procedure and a special thank you to Charlene who did my Sonogram. She was quick, friendly, efficient , and professional and even thanked me for my service in the military, It was just a completely nice experience. I thank everyone involved!

Scheduled the MRI thru my Atty a week ago. Pueblo sent me 3 reminders about the appointment and to show up 15 mins early. I did what I was supposed to do. So I m sitting here 20 mins after my scheduled actual appointment and no one has had the courtesy to tell me why. So I just asked and was told 15 more minutes. No one approached me to explain so I asked, there s only 2 of us in the waiting room. No I m sorry about the wait, just-it ll be 15 more minutes. I ll let you know how this goes. Nothing like sitting, waiting when you re uncomfortable from a rear end collision anyway. It s now 7pm they re 30 mins late

Had an appointment scheduled by a third party comp...

Had an appointment scheduled by a third party company. Arrived to my appointment to see that I was scheduled, but no referral documents were sent. Took about 25 minutes for the documents to be faxed over. (Not their Fault, I get it) after I was cleared I was told it would be 25 minutes. I m patient so I waited. DISCLAIMER: I am a manager at a hospital. I understand that patients get called before others based on what they are there for and it may appear that you have been forgotten about. Based on this experience I sat patiently watching patient after patient be called back. After sitting a total of 2 hours I approached the desk and say to the lady that I ve been waiting for a while and that I would probably have to go and return. She pleasantly looked at me and said okay we close at 9 . Did not even offer to see what the delay was for me. UPDATE: I returned and I ve literally been sat for 45 mins for basic routine x-rays. Not an US or an MRI that takes a while, but simple x-rays. I would never go for this in my facility. Common courtesy customer service is lacking heavily (guess once your checked in they re done with you). Now I m wondering how many DI rooms they have because this is ridiculous. UPDATE: Now I know what the delay was and my assumptions were correct. They have 1 x-ray room and 1 technologists working 3 sections (MRI, CT & X-Ray) outrageous! I can almost guarantee they are not being paid enough to work that hard and that unsafe. Worst part about it ... my X-ray literally took less than 5 minutes. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

I have had three consultations, an MRI and two int...

I have had three consultations, an MRI and two interventional procedures preformed here over the past year. Dr. John Oh has been my doctor.
All appointments, tests and procedures went as described to me.
Always on time. Great patient care and follow up.
I hope I don t have to come back, but if I do, I will use Pueblo Medical Imaging again.

From check-in to "You're all done" this was the best MRI experience I've ever had( this was # 5). Julia, my tech, listened to my concerns and alleviated them as best she could. AT every turn she was caring and thoughtful. I had an open MRI and it could not have been a better experience. Thank you again, Julia.
