Went for a function there and the staff were amazing. Always keeping an eye on us to make sure we were happy. The resort looks fantastic at the moment.

Fam booked in a twin double room for 5 days stay. TV is old, not smart and not HD. The matress is really soft my back hurts every morning when I wake up. Wifi connection is slow. Use of pools is free. Buffet breakfast for a small fee, worth it. Ample free parking.

Pleasant place to visit. The gym facilities are excellent and under utilised.

My friends took me to the Japanese restaurant Arakawa. Best Japanese Trad style I have experienced. Great environment!!

Incredible for kids! We were nervous about our first holiday as a family of three (aged 5 and under), but from the minute we arrived we felt as though we were at home. The rooms were set up for our children, the cot (with wheels) was suitable for our baby and the room had amenities like at home (full working kitchen and bath). We had no need to leave the resort for the entire weekend, with activities for the kids, restaurants (we loved our Teppanyaki experience!) and coffee. We can't wait to visit again and loved every moment of our holiday.

Great views, spacious rooms with good housekeeping, service and food are really well done. Excellent venue for a conference though there were some issues with the lifts and the stairs were not always a suitable alternative.

The golf course is in good condition with a well stoked pro shop and friendly staff. New tee boxes for the PGA look interesting.

Have spent the afternoon on the 21 floor at the Videre Lounge for a celebration of Life... Food, Service , Surroundings and Views we're exquisite...

The food was amazing considering the hotel was catering for 400 approx of us. The staff were helpful, polite and friendly. Room was clean, modern, comfortable and inviting
but carpet around the balcony was a little mankey.

Visited for Christmas lunch at one of the restaurants. Service was pleasant, food was good and the entertainment was great. Relaxing hassle free, nice atmosphere.

I stayed here for my sisters wedding with my family and it was not a very pleasent experience. When we first arrived the concierge did not not offer any assistance carrying bags etc. After we asked for some help he told us to take the trolley and go do it ourselves. After arriving at the room the bride was staying in, we firstly noticed the mould growing on the ceiling and walls in multiple places. The carpet was dirty and stained. The tiling and glass on the balcony and bathroom were mouldy and really quite disgusting. Obviously with the star rating of Royal Pines we were not expexting this. Really disappointed for the money we paid.

Resort ok nothing stand out - good if you like golf. A note on the food options. People want healthy quick food they dont really want to always have to eat lollies, chocolate or chips . Perhaps ask a woman s opinion on what women want to see as quick healthy grab and go options. Your mini bar, cafe and room service menu needs to include some quick, grab and go style healthy things.... people who have to travel a lot dont want to eat rubbish and when you have no stores close by, this is even more essential.

wouldn't say this place is the best place to stay, little outdated and rooms dont have all that much space or a decent size balcony. I would say that the food is great, breakfast was awesome and plenty of choice and the facilities are good. Overall was a pleasant stay.

Overall facilities are exceptional. Booked for 2 adults and a child room we got came with 2 double beds. 1 bed was old soft and lumpy, and could feel springs, the other bed seems fine. Beds are on wheels and moved around quite easily (even when you don't want them to). Staff are friendly and helpful and grounds are well kept and picturesque. Would have been a great stay if we got a good night's sleep.

This place is top class. It is clean, scenic, has great facilities and was a great place for a conference. Even the breakfast buffet was top class.

I had the good fortune to perform a wedding here last week. I cannot rate highly enough the service offered to the bride and groom and other suppliers including myself. I visited the room the bride was staying in and it looked lovely. Families were enjoying splasing around in the pools, riding bikes in the manicured gardens and enjoying afternoon tea in the foyer. I would highly recommend this as a lovely wedding venue as well as a perfect resort for families.

What an amazing venue. We celebrated our large corporate event over the course of a week. The staff were friendly, inviting and readily available for all our needs. Stunning views overlooking the World Class golf course... WOW.

Great Japanese Cuisine experience at Arakawa restaurant at RACV Royal Pines Resort. Food is simple but full of flavour and authenticity. This was our second visit and loved it each time.Bento ice box is a must if you have a sweet tooth.

This was a conference venue and very good for that purpose. Accommodations were comfortable, meals fine, and facilities were available though I didn't have time for much more than the conference.

Played here with a large group last week. Sadly, we were shunted onto the "Blue" nine which bears absolutely no resemblance to the PGA layout. Be careful when booking that you know what you are getting. The greens on the blue nine were atrocious, running at about 8 compared to over 10 on the PGA side. The bunkers on the blue nine were a disgrace and had obviously not been worked at all since the rain 3 days earlier. Coupled with the quaint Gold Coast custom of selling beer at inflated prices only in cans and not stubbies this was truly a day to forget and the worst experience of our 5 days on the Coast. If you are offered a round that includes the blue nine, avoid at all costs. There are many far better golfing options on the Gold Coast.

Function venue was well appointed, views spectacular... Food was good, drink prices were a bit high

first time playing at the Royal Pines challenging course was in great condition considering the lack of rain recently. Played again one year later. Course was in great condition.

Nice surrounds, rooms are excellent, pools are grand, good customer service. Buffet breakfast was plentiful, great choice in the various restaurants. One thing missing in the buffet breakfast was an Omelette station. Oh and a complimentary bottle of water could have been given to us on check in instead of being told we'd have to buy one at their 'resort' price.

I love this resort very much.. I found it close to many attractions, the breakfast buffet was perfect and they had new foods, and they have the best gym!! I'd definitely stay here again

I stayed at the resort for a week in Feb. It was probably the off peak season so it was very quiet. The room was spacious and the view of the golf course was gold. The facility started showing a bit of age though. The staff were great, friendly and willing to go extra miles. The EV at $30 per day offered great value for money. Highly recommended.

Comfy beds, great variety of restaurants and plenty to do, for the whole family; dad can play golf, mum can get pampered, kids can play in the amazing pool or playground #winning

I recently stayed at RACV Royal Pines Resort over Easter for the Queensland DanceSport Championships working as a videographer.

The rooms were spacious and well kept and the staff were easy to work with.

I have been here for a few events now and each time the events seem to run smooth and free of issues.

The Ballroom was well presented and well looked after and it was a pleasure to be a part of the event.

I look forward to 2020
